The work went quite quite well although there was a mix up on their accuracy of scheduling the work - didn't come on the day we were told they would come. The two workmen were hard working and easy to get along with. I asked if I could take some photos of the work as it progressed for my Grandaughter who was in school that day (she is really interested in how things work and how things are fixed). Before they were ready to close the holes one of the workmen came to our door to let me know the job was just about complete and asked if I wanted to take one last photo. My minor disappointment is that the color of the concrete is not a very good match with the existing driveway.

Overall it went well. I was not prepared for the "major" dust from the sanding of the floor. I would have covered things up had I known how much sanding was going to be done. But overall we are pleased with the work !

It went horrible. The team showed up on time for day one. Everything seemed to be going well until their jackhammer vacuum bag burst in my basement. It spread concrete dust and particles throughout the entire house through my duct work. I literally had a coat of concrete dust throughout my entire house. I had to have an my air ducts cleaned, which helped significantly. The crew continue to work, but it was one issue after another. They left my basement a mess and did not clean up where the vacuum bag exploded in my basement. They left trash, clothes, miscellaneous tools and items in my basement. I called the company to complain and they reimbursement a small fee for the duct work cleaning. Two weeks went by and I had my furnace go out on me. The condensation line was full of concrete debris and caused water to back up into my furnace and AC unit. The concrete flooded both. Again, I had to call another company out to my home fix both. Things have been fine up until last week. The bottom of my water heater corroded and water was pouring into my basement. I was under the impression that I did not need the floor drain, but this scenario proved to me another reason why we do among others. I expected Acculevel to be 100% knowledgable in what they were doing. I paid just under $11,000 for the work they performed, then I was out an additional $3,000 for the condensation line, flooding of furnace and water heater, and air duct cleaning. I am not including water heater because that would have happened regardless, but the flood of water could have been avoided. In addition, I am not sure they really performed up to my expectations for the finished product. I see wholes in the foundation that I would have expected them to cover. I really think they gave me a run for my mooney and didn't think twice about their attention to detail or customer satisfaction.

I liked the final result because we had several heavy rains and they didn't come in. The people who did the actual work kind of neglected to figure out that originally the place for place for the sump pump was created when the house was built. We needed a sump pump until recently, but with the climate change and everything when it was created the sewer was also prepared for that. But the sewer pipe was exposed but we did have quite a bit of trouble with a sewer gas back up. I actually had to call a plumber to figure out because I didn't know it was from them and they didn't pay for the entire plumbing service but they did take a share of it. I wasn't completely happy with that part of it. Finally between the plumber and them and me the work was done and it is thorough and functioning right now but we had a good month of figuring out what's going on. The people who I talked to were very professional, the people who actually worked here only one of them spoke English and he was nice and professional. The other guy would be able to tell anything because he couldn't speak English and actually the one who spoke English blamed the problem on him and I don't know whether it was true or not because I didn't look over their shoulder every minute of their work. They were very professional.

Paul with Acculevel did the initial evaluation on our repair. He was punctual, honest, and gave great input on suggestions for repair work. When the actual work was completed, they were fast, accurate, and informative. You could not even tell that work had been done as they used tarps for the dirt/debris and cleaned everything thoroughly and put everything back in its place when finished. They even reinstalled the landscape bushes, etc. The project manager was thorough and kept me informed throughout the process. We also recently noticed another issue with our foundation and called Acculevel again to quote the separate issue with our home. Paul came out to the house the very next morning and was professional, informative, and continued to provide great feedback on solutions to the issue. I can't say enough great things about Acculevel. Great, honest professionals! I would highly recommend Acculevel without any reservations!

The only reason that I called them is because we had another company out to give an estimation on the front of our home in doing some concrete listing as far as our front slab and our porch, and he doesn't do decking so he recommended this gentleman. He was very professional and the pricing was fair.

These guys were amazing. We had a leak under the house we did not know about (crawl space I can't get into). They came out, inspected the entire subspace, found the leak and the 25' length of side support that had been damaged, causing the floor to start to buckle. They gave us a quote that was under what another company had given us, and was reasonable. They sent a crew out who had the entire length replaced in one day. They fixed the door after it wouldn't open because of the uneven floor without charge so I could get out of the house. They were clean, quiet (for what they were doing....LOTS of wood had to be replaced)....left no mess. They were courteous and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, giving me my options. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The workers used a backhoe to dig the area around the porch and hit the water line. The installers stated that the utilities were not marked, but the hoe was on top of the flags which is why they did not pay attention to them. They refused to take any responsibility at all for their work. It was necessary for me to get another contractor in to repair the line before they could complete their job. When they did come back, they damaged the guttering on the porch with the scoop of the hoe. Again, no responsibility at all. They made no effort to re-level the dirt as they prepared to leave. In discussing the situation with the office, they again took no responsibility and did not even make a good will gesture of any kind or offer to offset any of the additional costs. I expected much more from this company after reading the glowing reviews on Angie's List. It was a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend them to any list member as a result.

THEY WERE UNBELIEVABLY FAST AND NEAT. iT WAS A HUGE JOB.

They did a great job!!!! Arrived on time and completed job as scheduled. Could not even tell they had been in our yard when they left. Took great care not to mess up the yard.

Our salesman, Chris was very nice and easy to work with. He patiently answered all our questions (even multiple times, if need be). And, he worked with us in an effort to find a solution within a price range that would work for us. We worked a lot via email, but also had phone contact as well. Both were effective methods of communication. My only complaint was that we were in discussions in mid-May on our solution, with the idea that we would get the work completed in June. However, t wasn't scheduled/completed until mid-August. I do think the house suffered more damage during this lengthy wait.. Once Luis and Rubin showed up to do the work, it was amazing. I can't say enough good things about how hard these two guys worked. They arrived every day between 8 and 8:30 (after driving over an hour from Lafayette), and would work until 5 or 5:30 daily (for 3 days straight). The job was arranged to be a 3-day job, however, there was just WAY too much work for 2 guys for this amount of time. So, they did come back down on Saturday to finish up. The guys didn't try to take short-cuts in the work even though there was a lot to get accomplished. They took great pride in doing a quality job. They were AWESOME.. Luis was VERY helpful in explaining the process to us. And, both guys didn't seem to mind all the picture taking and curiosity that we had. They were constantly working though! Even when they jacked up the house and needed to give it time to 'rest' before raising it further, the guys didn't take that as an opportunity to rest themselves. They continued to work on other items -- continually pushing forward toward project completion. Once the work was done, the cracks in the mortar were virtually closed back up. And, the ones that couldn't close, were tuck-pointed so that we could continue to monitor those in the future. However, there shouldn't be any more movement now that the piers are in place.

The project was done quickly, on-time and at the quoted cost. Cleanup was good. We asked to have our project done as quickly as possible and they got it done.

came out and gave me an estimate. took all of the time that i needed until all of my questions were satisfied....showed me exactly what was going to be done---along with pictures.......set up time for work to be done....workers were very pleasant ....no further problems with the house....would definitely recommend thanks barb

They did a good job explaining what they needed to do to stabilize a portion of the foundation that had sunk. When they came in, they did the work quickly and efficiently, with no disruption or damage to property.

Asked Acculevel for an estimate to install a new buried discharge line for our Sump Pump in our crawl space. We had used them successfully for putting in piers in the foundation several years ago. They came and gave a professional and reasonable estimate but suggested additional work that we did not have money for. Even though the job we wanted them to do was within our price range of $1000, they said that they have a minimum of $2000 to be able to come out and contract a job. I was not aware of that upfront when I called . I also felt pressured to make a decision before we were able to get our second estimate because of a special only available for a limited time. We went ahead and received another estimate and went with the second company instead who though also wanting to do additional work was willing to come and do the job we asked for for the price we could afford at this time and gave us ample time (120 days) to make a decision..

I had already received a quote from another company out of Indianapolis, I liked the gentleman that came out and did the inspection, there quoted price was bad (actually very comparable), but everything afterwards left me the feeling I should seek additional options, so I called Acculevel. The gentleman who came out was just as nice but I felt his inspection was more detailed and thorough. For the most part, he came back about the same information and a little bit more. When we are ready to get the work done on our crawl space, we will definitely be calling Acculevel.

We just bought the house the month before, which kind of put a damper on our credit score causing us to be denied financing through the bank that they use. So, we did not actually have the service done. They were offering a promotional price, and the guy said he would hold on to that promotional price for us when we are ready to use them.

Done in two days. Cracking in tile floors has stopped.

Salesmen did a good job explaining the service, they were able to schedule the job at the time of commitment and they did what they said they'd do. Porch and part of the sidewalk had been eroding from water seepage around two different water spouts going into the ground. They did both a on both sides of the sidewalk down to the footers whereby the porch will never sink, then "mud jacked" (filled the void with soil/concrete mixture). They saved me $10,00 from other bids of removing and re-pouring new concrete porch. Process took 2 full days.

They were pricey. We chose them because we wanted to get the project done.

We had asked a brick mason to repair our patio. Upon inspecting it, he was concerned that there might be settling going on and recommended we first call Acculevel for an opinion. Paul Brower came out to our house and inspected the patio and found that the settling was minimal and recommended we proceed with the masonry repair, that we did not need his services. He could have taken advantage of us and said we needed his services (it seemed to us like we might), but instead he chose to do the right thing and tell us we did not need him. It is always refreshing to see such integrity, and if ever we need such a service, Acculevel will be the first people we call!

Great. They called several days before our scheduled appointment and offered to do the installation earlier as their schedule freed up. That is a bonus!! They did the work professionally; cleaned up well; the work was completed in one day. This involved cutting a trench along one wall of our basement floor; installing the drains in the trench and recovering. They also dug a sump pit and installed 2 bumps (one was the battery backup). We asked them to put the line underneath our driveway so the water would be well away from the foundation and they did that for us.

Work was done as promised. Workman were thorough in the completion of the task. Most professional in methods. We are very happy that they were able to alleviate a bad situation and restore our home to a fit condition. We would definitely recommend this company.
