Description of Work: I did not use Acculevel because I could not sign their contract. In my opinion, they expected the home owner to accept too much risk while they were unwilling to accept risk for the work they proposed to do. My advice to any prospects is to READ the contract. I think most people look at the price (very fair in my opinion) and just sign. I could not do that.

Description of Work: They installed water proofing in my basement. Basement has been bone dry since. They were in and out in two days as promised.

Chad took what pictures he could from our crawl space opening, and reported to us verbally that while we have sloping floors on the north side of our home, he didn't see anything that needed addressed immediately. | |The *only* thing I'm not happy about is that Chad said he would e-mail us the pictures he took but we've yet to hear from him. Since he took the pictures with his phone, I suspect that the pictures may have been erased by now. | |If we ever find ourselves in need of a crawl space inspection again, I will most definitely call Accu-Level again!!!

Description of Work: Installed a new crawl space access "Turtle" to our old farm house. They had to come back a couple of times because we had to have a plumber move a pipe. Acculevel was fine with this, and when the install was done, the installer hauled away all of the old block & wood, replaced soil, and helped me move part of the remaining soil pile. I forget his name, but he was extremely polite and professional. | |We need some other foundation work done and I will call them first.

Description of Work: Received a free estimate on basement wall assessment for a home we almost purchased. Thanks to Acculevel we avoided buying a home that needed significant foundation work done.

Description of Work: Acculevel leveled my house which had sunk about 1 1/2" resulting in cracked walls, morter, etc. I was impressed with their method of measuring and evaluating the work to be performed. They used a laser to determine the amount of movement and were able to show me how much the house had moved in contrast to another contractor who just eyeballed the house and made his determination of the work to be done. Acculevel's ratings on Angie's List and their scientific method of evaluating the problem is what convinced me to go with them. They were a little more expensive than the other contractor who quoted the job, but I felt that they had a better grasp of the problem and thought it was worth it. Acculevel's work crew was prompt, professional and careful. So far everything seems to be OK.

Description of Work: Acculevel representative came to my home and assessed a crack in the basement wall. He informed me that this was a minor repair that I could do myself, told me what materials to buy and how to do it. He didn't even charge me a service call! Such an honest company - I would highly recommend them to any person who needs their services. I give them a 5-Star rating!

Description of Work: Great follow up led to them coming out of their way to look at our floor. Andy spend a great deal of time up and down and gave a thorough examination. He gave us a report that our problem wasn't nearly as serious as we had thought, and saved us a great deal of money. We would recommend him highly.

Description of Work: Joe, arrived at my home, right on time. I had asked Acculevel to come look at my foundation, due to cracks in the walls and gaps around my doors. Joe was dressed very nice, but had come prepared with coveralls for going into the crawl space. He took digital pictures of my space and used some laser device to show me how level my house was. He was very honest and told me that I did not need his service. He explained that my 85 year old home was settling with some character. I could have hugged him.In the future if I have any issues pertaining to my foundation, Acculevel will be the company I use.
