Description of Work: Acculevel raised our sinking foundation. The workmen were punctual and hard working the entire time they were here. They were polite and respectful as well. The only reason I gave Acculevel a B for the price is because it ended up costing more than the quoted price. Many more piers were needed than originally quoted I would and already have recommended them to others.

Description of Work: They raised the center beam in house and put extra support beam under floor where there was too much weight above. Problem I had with them was they didn't send enough people to do job carefully and over raised the area where the support beam was put. Caused my kitchen counter and bathroom sink to pull away from the wall about a quarter of an inch and also busted a big crack on the doorway corner where there wasn't one! Did God job on center beam raising but caused me some real grief and repair that shouldn't have been.

Description of Work: Had to wait for them to get a longer drill bit, but did a good job. Workers were very polite.

Description of Work: They dug a new sump pit in the crawl space and installed a new sump pump with a backup. They also installed new vapor barrier in the crawl space. |there was confusion in the billing for their services because I had agreed to one scope of work and later modified the scope. It took a while to get the billing settled. Form the original scope of work and estimate, they were backlogged and it took them about five weeks to schedule the actual work. When it did get done and the billing settled, I paid it right away.

Description of Work: Acculevel Inc.was quick to respond for my request of an inspection by them because of a foundation problem. It was determined 21 helical piers would be placed around the foundation of my home; these would be to level , stabilize, and prevent any more sinking (this is guaranteed for life of the house, even for future owners). Start to finish it took two men 3 1/2 days for the job to be completed. They took great care not to tear up lawn with the mini excavator by laying plywood down as it had to move around house. The project manager Raul would come to me with findings when he looked in crawlspace, greeted me each morning letting me know they were on site ready to start work, let me know when they were leaving for the day, he also informed me of two other problems (one Acculevel can help me with in future and another I will need a chimney specialist for). Raul and Miguel went above and beyond for me: on the work order it stated they would need to remove a few boards on deck to access the wall and it was stated on work order they would not be putting those back.....well in concern for my safety they replaced those. I am so grateful for that. Oh before they started removing those deck boards Raul made sure it was okay and that I knew, that was respectful and wise. They worked constantly, remain on site for lunch (they didn't break long either), they were pleasant, humorous at times which is a plus with me, they had a very noticeable positive attitude (if I would have had to work hard all day in a constant heavy drizzle, soaked I would not have looked all that pleasant),I also noticed they worked well together . They cleaned up site well, put 4 plants back, patched the bricks where cracks were from house shifting over time. I am pleased with their work I am a grateful customer.

Description of Work: They replace a joist for the foundation and installed a dehumidifier to remove moisture under the house.

Description of Work: They showed up on time to level our front porch, did the job, and the price was reasonable.
