Great experience from end to end

They showed up on-time and performed the work promised to a satisfactory end. The director of operations was very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with regarding this project.

Excellent, thoughtful & a good service for the price.

The response to my request for an estimate was rapid. I was able to get an excellent and budget-friendly estimate quickly. I scheduled the repairs within 2 weeks of the agreement. Work was to begin at 8 am but the worker's were here at 7:30 am ready to work. They worked steady and were finished by 2 pm. The basement was left in excellent condition and the work looks great. The warranty of the work was a big factor to go with this company and I am completely satisfied with my relationship with them. I highly recommend them!

They completed the job in one day. They were very professional and took care of keeping the floors protected during the coming and going. From start to finish it was effortless working with them.

The crawlspace of our 1930s home is small and challenging. Acculevel did a great job removing the old logs and stones that were holding up our floor joists, and replaced them with steel jacks. The men who performed the work were very hard workers. I corresponded with Acculevel via email after the work was performed to get photos and questions answered prior to us paying the invoice. They were very patient in answering all of our questions. It has only been a week, so I can't say whether the work will hold up, but so far our floors seem less squeaky! The only thing I would have changed is the fact that the vapor barrier they installed is not taped at the seams or walls. If you want it taped, make sure to ask for that during the quoting phase.

When you hire someone to do a major project like reworking your basement so it doesn't flood, you hope that they 1. solve the problem and 2. stand by their work. Our situation was challenging in that it took a few tries and commitment to solve the problem. Acculevel stood by their work 120% which is not an exaggeration. When their initial solution unfortunately did not work as well as planned, the level of care and things they did to remedy the situation were well above and beyond what I know others would have done. They made it right and then some. It is my opinion that the challenges we faced would have occurred with ANY provider, but Acculevel kept their promise to fix our problem vs find a way to exit. A rare and refreshing character trait for the individuals and company. Highly recommend them. Thanks Nolan!

The two men that did the work on my project were the hardest working men I have seen in a long time. It was refreshing to see that good work ethics still exist.

Excellent support and work. Mario and Mariana did great job with the initial job. At my request, Acculevel come back for additional work and they did so in a very timely manner. Was in the process of preparing my home for putting on the market and they expedited my repair, which was a blessing. Would hire again, for sure.

They are great to work with. Communication was superior. They stand by their work. A few years ago I had waterproofing done in my basement and this time they spray foamed the cavities of the basement too. Both times they did awesome work and cleaned up too! I highly recommend this company!

We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. We were sold the job that remedied our situation and nothing more. No high pressure/fear based sales. Thank you Sage. The crew was prompt, respectful, efficient and executed their tasks with minimal disruption and mess. That is a feat when using a jack hammer and carrying out buckets of earth/concrete! Thank you Rubin and Juan. We secured 3 bids by three companies. Acculevel was by far the most reasonable. We have thus far had a couple weather events that normally would have produced some seepage. I am happy to report our basement was dry as a bone.

These guys know what they are doing. Foundation problems are incredibly alarming because of what could be. Nolan and his crew are experts in their field. The actual individuals doing the job work full time for the company. They were quick, professional, and helpful. The guys that completed the actual job didn't mind all my questions and knew the answers. Comparatively, the price was a a few hundred more than some of the other quotes; however, this one felt worth the extra. It's been just a few weeks since the job was completed so only time will tell the final results, but I feel very confident with AccuLevel.

This company is top notch. They fixed my sagging floor and it now looks beautiful. My house was built n 1902 and can be a challenge at times to work on. They were professional and did the job in less time then they original thought. I am so very pleased with their work. I would hire them again in a minute for any foundation and floor leveling needs. Acculevel did a super job for us! We have a house that was built in 1902 with a small crawl space. They fixed ALL our problems and did NOT have to tear up the floors. Our floors are level and stable. They were professional and neat. I would hire them for any basement or foundation issues you wont be sorry! 10 stars to the crew

Tony was very easy to eat with. He explained the job very well and answered all my questions. I expected a noisy, messy job but was happily surprised. The workers were professional and pleasant. They completed the job neatly.

Matt was up front about the cost and understood our policy to obtain estimates from 3 companies before proceeding with work in our home. He itemized the estimate and explained the procedure and warranty. He was pleasant to work with! He did not require an hour of my time or insist that both my husband and I be present in order to give us a sales pitch. The price was competitive and not inflated to cover marketing expenses. I like that the company is family owned & local, and that the workers are employees, not sub-contractors. The men who did the work were efficient and we have had no water in our basement since the waterproofing was done. I believe the contractors who followed Acculevel's work were a little surprised at the materials used, and they had to adjust their plans somewhat, but all is good in the end. Thank you!

Very Professional and very quick to respond to my needs

The old saying is you get what you pay for. Their price was on the high end but you can’t beat their service and quality work. They were here on time, cleaned after they were done and did exactly they said they would.

I chose Acculevel because they are a smaller company. I like to support local businesses. Everyone I spoke with was very personable and friendly. They try to give their best to each customer.

Communication seem to be a big issue.
