From the start, I had a very good experience with Acculevel. The project manager, Jim, arrived for the initial inspection and estimate right on time. He was courteous and did an excellent job explaining the helical piers capabilities and installation process and answered all my questions. He did not try to push extra installations on me, but I feel just what he thought would more than sufficiently do the job. Neil, the project superintendent, also arrived right on time for the pre-installation visit, was also courteous and thoroughly answered my questions. The two days of pier installation went very well. The installers, Luis & Fabian, worked diligently, treated my lawn and landscaping with care (using plywood under the mini at all times), and were always courteous. They seemed very experienced with the pier installation and were very proficient with the installation. They cleaned up after the job, returned the landscaping back to what it was as best they could, and minimized damage to the lawn. All were very professional and the job was well done.

This project was supposed to take two days. The men came early in the morning and left at six o'clock the same day and the job was done. Very neat, professional, meticulous. They only took 15 minutes for lunch. They were very hard working. These men really deserve a good salary and I hope they are receiving it. They deserve a good raise. They were over and beyond what workers do. Very happy with this AccuLevel. Thank you!!!!

On time, courteous & cleaned up

They took the time to explain everything to my satisfaction and answered all my questions. The workers were very professional as was the project manager. The date and time of service was followed which is very refreshing!

They helped work out financing, very easy to work with in scheduling, and very professional in appearance and knowledge. They also drove three hours to come out to do the work. Additionally, the owners son, Nolan, came out personally to bid on the job.

Raul & Tony did a wonderful job, they took care as best they were able protect sod and plantings close to work being done. They were very kind and considerate. I highly recommend them.

They fixed my problem but cone to find out they do not do sump pump repair.

Took a good month before we could be scheduled in. I know this is a busy time of year. The cost was much higher than expected, based on what our home inspector (roughly) estimated when we purchased our home. But the concrete looks good.

My wife took a huge dump that plugged up the toilet. They did a great job getting that huge load to move on down the line. Thanks so much.

We had some inexplicable water coming into our basement. We hired the AccuLevel for a free estimated of the job. They explained in detail all that need to be done with pictures and presentations. They seem very professionals. Luckily after fixing the gutters our basement remained dried and we did not have to pursue the work any further. So, I will definitely recommend AccuLevel and call them again if I need their services.

In fairness, I have never used any other company for such a repair as this was my first experience, but I was very pleased with Acculevel from initial contact through to the final outcome. I loved that after I asked for someone to come look at the crack in our foundation, I was sent an email and photo so I would recognize the person who showed up to check things out. After I was told what could be done and what would work best in my situation, all the details were covered and I understood fully what would be done and what the cost would be. The only "fault" I could say wasn't much of a fault. I was expecting them later and ran an errand. When I got into the house, the phone was ringing with an inquiry as to whether they could come earlier since an appointment was cancelled preceding mine. I didn't have time to respond; they just showed up at my door. It threw me off because I had planned to take my dog somewhere prior to their arrival and wanted my car parked elsewhere. But that was a small glitch. They moved their van so I could move my car and I was able to slip out with my dog after they were well into their work. Everyone involved was friendly and patient with me. It's a good company. I hope I never need them again but I would never hesitate to go right back to them if needed.
