Description of Work: We had our two-story, vinyl-sided house power washed. We also had the back deck, front porch, side porch, gutters, and concrete patio power washed. The biggest problem was getting rid of the algae that was growing on the north and east sides of the house. WOW was able to remove the algae by using some environmentally friendly chemicals. Everything looks great now. The reason they got a B in punctuality is that they were late because they were held up by a thunder storm. I am very happy with the work and the friendly professionalism of the crew.

The only problem is that you buy a coupon for x amount, in this case $139.00, but to get the complete house washed, I ended up paying another $160.00, so about $300.00 total. This is not bad overall, but maybe the whole coupon thing is just not realistic.

+ -1 moreI purchased this for my mother's house and she was very pleased with the power washing on the siding of her house. There was a little confusion with the address differences, but they checked with Angies List and all was sorted out perfectly. Would use them again!

+ -1 moreBrock the owner of WOW (Wash on Wheels) was dependable, and on time. Did an amazing job cleaned up his mess and the house looks beautiful. I live at Racoon Lake and have lots of cobwebs.

+ -1 moreDid ask to use my water as he was running low. I did allow this. This is not your typical sealing that you think of when you get your driveway sealed. All communication except day of service was done thru email. I had tried calling but did not get a response that way. Driveway looks exceptionally clean now.

+ -1 moreThey arrived exactly when they said they would. I showed them the driveway and then showed them the back patio which I added after booking their services. They were extremely professional and conducted their services effectively and efficiently. The driveway and patio look brand new when the service was completed. Especially the patio - where there were stains from the grill and other stains that I thought they would not be able to get out. They are wonderful! I will use this company again and again.

He did seem to forget our appointment because he contacted me a few weeks later about doing the work on the day we had decided on because he would already be in Noblesville. I texted him back confused and he realized the error and apologized. I was impressed that he would drive all the way over from Rockville, IN to Noblesville to honor the coupon. My only complaint is that they did not move my patio chairs off the front stoop while they were cleaning and there are chemical water spots all over the cushions now. I would just recommend being more careful in the future. Good job overall!
