Mike & his crew re-roofed my house & garage, including removing the old layer(s) & replacing some damaged decking, & they hauled away the debris. I had a very short timeline in mind when I first called Mike. He was kind enough to rearrange his travel plans for an out-of-town job he already had in the works to come out & do an estimate for me so my project wouldn't be delayed. Throughout the process, he impressed me, not only with his knowledge of the products on the market, but also with his politeness & his desire to keep his crew working so that they had a steady income. This seemed to truly concern him. He encouraged me to ask questions, which he answered cheerfully & honestly without making me feel like it was an inconvenience. And he praised me when I'd done my homework, knew what product I wanted, & what questions TO ask. My financing didn't come through as quickly as expected, so it was pretty exciting when we were finally able to schedule the re-roof. At that time, Mike told me it would only take one day to complete the project. Well, I was still somewhat skeptical until I saw it myself! I drove to my house mid-afternoon that day to discover the full crew hard at work, & I can now completely appreciate how they were able to accomplish such a task! They acknowledged my presence, but my being there didn't seem to alter their productivity at all. It was obvious that they worked well together. I understand that the crew was polite & respectful to my neighbors, which meant a lot to me. The site was thoroughly cleaned & the debris completely removed. What a relief!!! And when it was all said & done, although by that time we were well beyond the usual 30 days that a quote is normally valid, Mike was gracious enough to honor his quote. I can't thank Mike & his crew enough (no more rain in my dining room!!!). I anticipate I'll be hiring him again to take care of some other projects I have in mind. And I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know. As a matter of fact...I already have.
