HOUSE OF DECOR

It didnt go well! We had a slab leak and had to tear up the old floor and hired house of decor because we had used them in the past and they did good work! The old floor had bumps in it and they smoothed out the floor and laid the new lenoleum. Bumps all over the floor, it looks horrible! We called them and Bill came out and said there's nothing he could do about it because the bumps are under the old floor. We found out the guy who installed it told Bill he should have removed the old floor first then smoothed it out but Bill told him it would be ok which of course it's not! They told my wife she was looking at it wrong then told her to get down to ground level and it looks smooth...who gets on there knees and looks at there floor? The bumps still bother me, how can someone who's been in business for a long time not know that the bumps would show? He charged us 1400 dollars and never did the job right! Now you can see where the new water line was ran, all the way across my floor...looks like crap and he won't come back and fix it or return my calls! DONT have them install your linoleum!!!!

They took off their shoes and cleaned up after themselves. It was great! They checked everything before they left and even came back 2 days later to check in again. They were very courteous and great to work with. They were here when they told us they would be; very punctual!
