Scott was very friendly and knowledgeable. Called ahead to let me know what kind of car he would be driving, came prepared. He arrived early and had my dryer vent fixed in about 30 minutes and made sure I had a chance to check that everything was working before he left. Really excellent service, it was a pleasure working with Scott.
