+ -1 moreI don't remember how much I spent but I spent more than I wanted to. There were spots on my carpet that kept coming back no matter how I cleaned it and Stanley Steemer sold me some cleaner that didn't have soap in it. They told me when I use soap to clean the carpet, the soap acts like a magnet and the stains come right back and they are right because I have been using it. I have a cat and every once in a while he throws up a hairball and it stains the carpet. When I clean the carpet using the cleaner they gave me, the stain is gone so I have been happy with that. They were nice guys. They were very efficient and took their time. I was happy with them and I would probably call them again. They also talked me into buying a door mat. I always had trouble with mine blowing away because it's very windy here. The mat I got from Stanley Steemer stays down and stayed nice all winter so I am happy with it too.
Description of Work: Stanley Steemer cleaned the carpeting in my whole house and put new scotchgard down for me.

+ -1 moreThey did a marvelous job. They guarantee their work. They worked really hard to get all the stains out. One stain came back as the carpet dried and they came back to remove the stain at no extra charge.
Description of Work: I hired them to clean my carpet, which was terribly soiled. Some of it was from pets. They also applied stain guard.
