EXCELLENT. Paul Coes came right away, nice guy to work with, honest, knows exactly what he's doing and reasonably priced. This is not the first time Paul has done plumbing work for us; he's installed a new toilet, correctly diagnosed that Jacuzzi was not the source of an old leak. We previously thought the Jacuzzi jets were causing a leak, so we would never use jets in the Jacuzzi. Apparently, after Paul crawled into attic crawlspace and correctly diagnosed and confirmed, the leak more than likely stemmed from the old shower, which was replaced two years ago!!!!
Description of Work: Leak in wall which was probably exacerbated after they removed water softener rental unit. Paul replaced joint which was the source of the leak and ... again ... BOOM! Another job well done!!!!!

Replaced cheap plastic flange, drainer in kitchen sink with a good quality piece. Note: I had previously called three plumbers over the course of five years and none of them caught this and charged an arm and a leg for not troubleshooting the correct problem. Mr. Coes was quick; knew what he was doing; nice guy ... will be calling him back. Thank you!

We bought a new water heater at Lowe's & arranged for them to install it. Paul was the plumber they sent. The actual total cost of the heater & installation was ~$530. I don't know how much of that was Paul's fee. I put it at $40 above because while he was there he hooked up our non-operational water softener for only $40!
Description of Work: We had to have our water heater replaced.
