Horrible, the guy doing measurements was fine. But then no one else would respond or give a ****. Ill take m $1600 else where. Sad when I worked for lowes til 11/1/2020

The salesmen who helped us were very patient and very good. Good communication with Lowes.

Lowes and their sub-contractor, Richmond Home Improvement, were very responsive and efficient throughout the process. Any problems were solved quickly. The store personnel were very personable and professional. I am very pleased with the finished product. I would recommend them to others.

We were well pleased. The guys were good to work with. They worked through some pretty harsh weather.

They installed the floor incorrectly and they came right back out and fixed it. I would use them again in the future.

I had bought my first home and was doing some shopping at Lowes, the sales person was very knowledgeable about the items I purchased and helped me with all my purchases.

They have a crew who works for them. They removed the old one and repaired 2 areas of the shingles and replaced the roof. They did a good job and were responsive.

I had some trouble with them. I love the carpet and the colors. They were late getting the carpet. I had new furniture coming and wanted the carpet installed first. When I called Lowes they told me to put the furniture in the garage. They did end up getting it in for me. The contractor broke broke a huge mirror door. He did replace it though. Lowes subcontracts all of there installations out. I did not think it was a professional situation at all.

They did a great job. They were very fast, and the paint looks great!

The sales with them was good and the price was right. On the installation I would give them a C+. The guys who did it got here late every day that they came. They had to come back and do some stuff. We are happy with the carpet but, not so much on the flooring. The installers marked up the walls. The product was good and I liked the sales side.
