We are a full service Flooring and Cabinets retail store. We can provide anything from Carpet, Laminate, Hardwood, Ceramic Tile, and Custom Showers. We also Design, and sell Cabinets from Kraftmaid, Legacy, Kitchen Kompact, and Kountry Wood Products. Along with all the cabinets we also can provide you with the highest grade of Granite, Quartz, Corian (acrylic solid surface), and Laminate Countertops on the market. We supply and install all products listed above.

The product (Kraftmaid) is excellent. The installation was lengthy and drawn out. The purchases I make that exceed $25,000 are few and far between. I expect outstanding service at this level. That did not happen. I have had complete homes built in less time than this job took. The install took nearly six (6) months. The attention to detail was poor and follow up was only what we initiated. Installer (sub contractor) was an issue as well. I can't imagine that this in the norm for any company. Be careful.

I know first hand when it comes to cabinet remodel jobs they can and sometimes do become a longer job than anticipated. I did look up who the subcontractor was on your particular job, and I can tell you that this problem has been resolved and we have not had any experiences with the same issues since. I did also look up your purchase history and did see that you have purchased from us since your last job and I appreciate the opportunity to do additional work for you.
