D & D HEATING & AIR COND

(My wife's house A/C unit was stolen) First D and D is no longer called D and D, but instead DDD or DJD or something similar to that, they bought the business from there father. Everything started out great. They showed up within a descant time from calling them. They informed me of everything they needed to do and a rough estimate of the repair and a very professional. This is when everything went south. Two days later I called to get the finally estimate and to give them the okay to start because they have not called. The price was fair (around $500), they gave a large discount on coolant since I needed 8 lbs, but it started to get weird. They said I needed to pay in cash, they did not want me to talk to the city about the repair (to save them money on a permit), I needed to sign a waiver that I would pay if the used A/C unit did not work (understandable), and if anyone were to ask this was a repair and not an install. A few days later the worker showed up and the renters let them in. The renters said he was there, in the basement, for 15-20 mins and stormed out yelling, this is a two man job and why would they send him out there alone. I called and called and called for weeks and they would not return any of them. Finally I left a message saying not to come back or call. I had another person come out and look at it and he was in complete shock. He showed me that they cut the copper lines and destroyed the top of my furnace where the a/c condenser goes. Also, they thought it was alright to just throw the old condenser on the concrete ground. In my experience, only call these people when you want to pay to fix/ cleanup there mess and not want the job to be completed.

ARRIVED ON APPOINTED TIME. TOOK ABOUT 1.5 HOURS. NO MESS. VERY LITTLE SMELL FROM OPENING UP THE OIL LINES. WELL SATISFIED.
