We had a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed, and within an hour of the tech leaving, my brother comes home to water pouring into the basement. I called the office, and the receptionist took my message and promised the tech would call back. He did, but instead of helping, he casually mentioned that "rebuilt osmosis machines have known o-ring issues" (which, of course, he didn’t think was important to tell me beforehand). He didn’t show me how to turn it off or even offer to stay and make sure everything was working fine. No, he just left while the water was flooding our basement. Culligan didn’t offer to help clean up, either. But wait, the fun didn’t stop there! Saturday morning, I go to take a shower—no water pressure. My only shower. Completely useless. It’s a Saturday, so of course, I can’t reach anyone at the office, and I’m stuck leaving messages with the corporate office. Eventually, around 10:30 AM, the service manager called and had my husband try to troubleshoot the problem himself. After wasting time on that, they finally decided to send the same tech back out (thankfully, since a winter storm was coming). The tech arrives, and his greeting was as warm as a frozen brick. He passive-aggressively mentioned having to cancel his day with his daughter because of our job—something I’m sure was my fault. After some back-and-forth, he tried to blame "rust in our galvanized pipes" for the issue, even though the shower worked just fine before. You’d think the salesperson could’ve warned me about that upfront instead of leaving me to deal with it after the fact. So, here we are—no shower, still waiting on the reverse osmosis system, a flooded basement, zero accountability, and a tech who prefers sarcasm over solving problems. They said it had a money back guarantee. I had blinking lights and sensors on the 29th day. I called and they continued to send out representatives 5 times. They just kept switching the valves. I wanted a new system, but they continued to not want to replace it. I finally told them to not come out as they had not fixed it on any previous attempt. I think they might have switched the system once, but they didn't take part of the valve on the salt tank. It barely works. Price wouldn't have been bad if it worked.

They are prompt and courteous. It was the top of the line. They came in the first month when I noticed it wasn't regenerating, and fixed it and made sure it worked properly at no charge.
