+ -1 moreWhen we requested them to do the cleaning again, a new team came and concluded that the original team from 2 years ago actually did not do an appropriate job and hence the significant persistent dirtiness of the ducts. After discussing the situation with the company they were uninterested in remedying the situation financially or helping to facilitate a cleaning in any way asides from a generic recommendation. I appreciated the honesty of the team but am very dissatisfied with the customer service and support.

+ -1 moreThey were very good. They called with the schedule. They showed up when they were supposed to. They cleaned up what they were supposed to. We had good results. They didn’t have to come back or anything like that.
Description of Work: I used Barnhizer & Associates Inc in September. They cleaned carpets and removed spots from the carpets of 1500 sq foot area in my house.
