He did a decent job when he did the work. The last time I called, he never called back. I tried to call 2 times and he never returned my call.

Clark Reeves is very honest, efficient, careful, and quick. He didn't just "look at" the house to determine what insulation was needed, but he also used common sense and saw some other problems. The other 2 people who gave us estimates said nothing at all about the other problems. If he hadn't notice the toilet leaking into the basement, and the rotting floor, the whole thing could have eventually fallen into the basement! Mold meant immediate resolution and the other 2 people did not even see it. He repaired those immediate problems, then returned the next week in January to seal the windows, seal the doors, and install good insulation to stop the drafts and freezing wind in the old house. His estimate was accurate and reasonable. His honesty about not needing any more insulation in the attic was truly appreciated. Another estimate said it would cost us $1500 for attic insulation! This honesty was truly appreciated. Because he did such a good job, I asked for an estimate on work in another house. He is currently doing an estimate on removing a wall in another house. Instead of just a quick look, he carefully inspected all possibilities: the wall I wanted removed is a support wall. He said he will ask the inspector about the details. This is honest! Instead of just giving me an estimate, he explained the possible difficulties involved. I would definitely recommend him. He said he also builds houses and travels around the Richmond area, even to Indianapolis, or surrounding Ohio towns.
Description of Work: In December, he was called for estimate of insulation. He not only was able to do that, but also found leaking toilet that had dripped into basement causing black mold! He helped us get rid of the mold, installed new plumbing to stop leak, repaired sub floor, installed new linoleum in bathroom. Then returned in January to do insulation.
