Mold Test Company IL

I did not feel that this company provided a service anywhere close to the value of the fee. I was promised a report via email that I did not receive. And, despite telling me that the type of mold in my home did not need remediation I was contacted by a remediation company. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this company.

This company forwarded me to a different company called Biocide who claimed I could treat this myself. It didn't seem legitimate and I couldn't find anything to support this was a certified way to remediate mold.

The company provided results. After following up with Remediation companies, all four companies stated the air mold level was acceptable though it wasn't presented that way by the Mokd Test Company. There were two small areas of mold that were remeduated by a company. The Mokd Test Company did identify those areas.

Waiting on test results , so to start the cleaning process. Office personal are friendly.

I love the quality of service. First call I made to Mold Test told me I was working with the right company. Reid who made all things come together. to the home inspector. Very informative on what they are doing and why. I will refer Mold Test Co. to all my friends .

I wish the team had been a little more transparent with the time it takes to get the results, but the quality of work and information provided was professional and accurate. Will definitely use them to check the home we plan to buy in coming months.

They did the job they were hired for but they do try to sell you more ways of testing for mold. I called them to see if results were in, which they were, and they reviewed the findings with me. I still had a very small amount of mold in basement, total fungi went from over 5000 to 200 which is much better. He told me the count should be 0, I don't think that is going to happen in a home over 50 years old. They connect you with a company to sell you items to spray for mold for over $2,000.00, they don't do it, you do! For that amount, I want someone else to do it. So, they did the job but be ready for the up sells!

Ivan Ortiz was an awesome Professional. He took the time to explain every concern he had and listened to every question we had. A true pro!!

Keith was wonderful. He came out the next day and answered all my questions. Peter called me with the results and explained what he saw. The only thing that bothered me was he gave me a phone number of a company for me to talk to. I had not read all the report before they called me. I was not ready to discuss anything until I understood what I was dealing with. I did not go with that company.

I am unsure whether the results given and I will be needing to get another company to re test. They use scare tactics in order to get you to spend more money.

Their test result lead time is way to long for my liking. Took over a week. They also do not remove the mold- only test it. Then they refer you to another company for remediation. I guess I should have asked more questions but I am not familiar with mold testing and remediation procedures.

Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow.

I talked to a lot of different companies and they had the best answered right away and produced credential the others couldn't. had environmental test that other companies did not carry. Went int o a lot of detail and took the time to explain exactly what they are going to to and the chemical consequences we were facing. Pros from the word go. An actual live person answers the phone too. They assign a senior mold analysis to our case they stuck with me through the entire process.

These guys are pro's from the word GO! They answered every question we had. And offered us additional testing for mycotoxins and bacteria. Great job!

Inspector was a bit hard to understand

The guy that came out was honest with us and gave us guidance in how to attack the problem.

I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do.
