We hired Sergio to repair our tile shower floor and were respectful and understanding during multiple occassions of unprofessionalism. Work he performed has resulted in worse issues than we had before. He quoted us a price that included items he did not perform and he never altered the quoted price, and also didn't complete items he'd agreed to do. Now roughly one month after his last work, we have 7 plus cracks in the grout and 2 of these are significant cracks. He was unprofessionally late multiple times by at least 30 min to hours with no call to inform us and no showed. He has no showed 3 times after payment was received. Hopefully he is more professional when contracted out by companies. As a homeowner, I'd avoid.

The service was perfect. They were professional and on time. They always check their work and make sure what was coming. They cleaned up after.

We can not recommend this company enough. We had them replace over 2200 sqft of various flooring with vinyl plank flooring. We were told by the flooring company it would take 8-9 days, Miranda’s had it done in 5! They we’re always prompt, courteous and very respectful of us and our home. They instilled so much trust in us that we actually left for the evening one night and left them to lockup! They did such a beautiful job.
