Terrible. Talked with an estimator to price a new building. He said he'd call back in 2 days with a price a I never heard from him. My dad called and talked with somebody else. Made an appointment to have them out to the house to discuss what we wanted. They never showed up or called. If they didn't want to do the work then they should have said so and not waste our time.

this company is only interested in the big money projects. I called them to get an estimate on having my pole barn repaired. Instead of sending a person out to survey the repairs needed and give an estimate. They suggested i take pictures and send them via email. I am very disappointed at the professionalism and disrespect for the little guy on a smaller budget.

I had an idea of building a "barn house" from a post frame building. We talked to 2 different companies. The honesty and integrity of the staff at F.B.i. was remarkable. Instead of telling us what we wanted to hear they gave us a lot of information to consider about our a-typical request. In the end we choose NOT to build a "barn house" at all, and they were okay with that! They would rather their customers be satisfied than make a sale that would later be a disappointment. They helped what was to be a dream house not become a nightmare! Highly recommend! If we are ever in a position to build a pole barn we will call no one else.

We were happy with the sales pitch, the followup, and the whole process of the sale. The work was also very well done and promptly followed up on to correct any problems (two occurrences of shingles blown off). We're very happy with the barn.

THIS COMPANY DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON THE BARN. THEY WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

BRAD COOK, THE SALES GUY, WAS EXCELLENT! I RESEARCHED BARNS FOR A LONG TIME, AND TALKED TO A NUMBER OF BUILDERS. BRAD KNEW HIS PRODUCT AND KNEW THE COMPETITION. HE WORKED WITH ME TO GET THE PRICE TO A RANGE THAT WE COULD WORK WITH. RYAN, THE PROJECT MANAGER, KEPT EVERYTHING ON TRACK AND KEPT ME INFORMED. HANK, THE SITE FOREMAN, WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND A GOOD COMMUNICATOR. THEY BUILT A GREAT BARN!

HE HAD TOLD ME HE DIDN'T NEED TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE BARN, BUT BY EVERYTHING I HAD TOLD HIM HE COULD GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND MAIL IT TO ME THE FOLLOWING WEEK. THE FOLLOWING WEEK I RECEIVED A LETTER SAYING ''THANKS FOR YOUR TIME, BUT WE CANNOT HELP YOU''. WHEN I ORIGINALLY SPOKE TO HIM, I WAS HONEST WITH HIM BY TELLING HIM THAT I WAS TAKING THIS OTHER CONTRACTOR TO COURT, AND I NEEDED MY BUILDING FIXED KNOWING IT WAS GOING TO COST ME MORE TO REPLACE THIS BUILDING, THAN JUST LIVING WITH IT AS BAD AS IT WAS. ONE THING HE HAD ASKED ME WAS HOW DID I HEAR OF FBI BUILDINGS AND I TOLD HIM THROUGH WORK, SO MAYBE IF I HAD TOLD HIM ANGIE'S LIST I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN AN ESTIMATE.

BRAD COOK, THE SALES REP, AND JIM CREECH THE PROJECT MANAGER, ARE TOP SHELF IN STAYING IN TOUCH. FOLLOW UP ON MY TIMELINE WAS GREAT. IN THE 18 MONTHS I PONDERED THIS PROJECT, THEY STAYED IN TOUCH AND GOT MY BUSINESS AS A RESULT.
