+ -1 moreHE HAD TO POSTPONE THE FIRST DATE OF SERVICE AS HIS HELP WAS SICK. THIS WAS OK FOR ME & HE CAME THE DATE HE RESCHEDULED FOR (LATER THAN I HAD EXPECTED) & DID THE WORK. HE WAS A VERY NICE MAN & THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE IN THE ONE VISIT ALTHOUGH IT MEANT HIM WORKING QUITE LATE (7:30 I THINK). AS THE FORMICA SURFACE WAS A BIT WARPED FROM THE PRIOR LEAK, THE SINK NEEDED TO BE CAULKED FROM THE OUTSIDE WITH BLACK CAULK TOO. ALTHOUGH I HAD TOLD HIM I WAS USELESS AT CAULKING, HE EXPECTED ME TO DO THIS! HE DID AT LEAST TELL ME WHAT CAULK TO BUY, BUT THIS WAS VERY STRESSFUL FOR ME & TOOK MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO GET IT DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. AS HE KNEW IT WAS A BLACK GRANITE SINK FOR 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE JOB & HAD DONE AN IN-HOME INSPECTION/ESTIMATE, I THINK HE SHOULD HAVE COME PREPARED WITH THE CAULK & DONE IT HIMSELF. OTHERWISE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB DONE & THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS FAIR.
Description of Work: REMOVING OLD AMERICAST SINK. INSTALLING NEW SINK & FAUCET WITH HOOKUP TO WASTE DISPOSAL & INSTANT HOT WATER. SINK & FAUCET TO BE SUPPLIED BY THE OWNER.
