Kenworthy Plumbing

We got several estimates but went with Kenworthy because the plumber actually took the time to show/explain to us where the leak was and what it would cost to fix it. He was very professional and left no mess for us to clean up! We would highly recommend this company!

We received absolutely wonderful service and value from Kenworthy Plumbing. They made a special appointment for me based on my availability (!) for an estimate, and then came out the very next day to do the work. Even though it was a bit of a tricky project due to the cramped location of the pipe to be worked on, the plumber got the job done quickly and with no mess or fuss. And the price was more than reasonable for the job. We would highly recommend this company to others.

the outdoor faucet had a crack caused by freezing this winter. the related inside valve was not shutting the water off completely Ron replaced the outside faucet , put in a new inside shut off valve and all is well.

Everything went well. His price was good, and he did the work well. I appreciated his free estimate and that he gave the best on-site review of what he was going to do.

I found out the plumbing company I used in the past is no longer in business. So I checked Angie's List and picked Kenworthy Plumbing. I gave them a call and they said they would be out first thing the next morning. The plumber showed up at 8:00 am as promised. He explained to me that he would disconnect the natural gas line at the point at the gas meter that would make it easiest to tap into again if ever necessary. The work was complete within a half hour. I will definitely call Kenworthy again next time I need plumbing work.

Overall, I was pleased with the outcome of the service call. As it turned out I did not have a leak in the line. The service provider who came was very polite and took his time to answer the questions that I regarding my fireplace and gas oven. He explained what he thought my best options were and what his company could do to assist in the process. Once our time was up, I asked how much the service call would be and he said "nothing" beacuse he did not have to take out his tool bag. Since there was no leak he felt there would be no charge. I have been stressed about my fireplace gas line needing to be replaceed you hav no idea. It wasn't that I wasn't charged for the visit that impressed me, it was that they were so willing to take the time to answer my questions and make sure that understood my options were furture work that I will need to have done. Their sense of providing quality customer service on a day where there was no up side for their bottom line. Yes, I would and will call them again for service.

I called this morning to request (non emergency) service, and they were here within 3 hours. It only took them 45 minutes to complete the job. The plumbers were professional (and clean!). The price was the same as the quote even though they had to replace another pipe. I'm very please and will use them for future plumbing needs.

The plumbers completed the work quickly, professionally, and correctly so that all the problems are fixed. We intend to use their services again.

The installation person, was clean, friendly and explained the use of the unit. The price was quoted in a range $225-275. One reason for selection this company was the pricing.

Did not return my initial phone call.

Okay, except they left the gate open. The dogs got out, but we did catch them.

I actually called another plumber who couldn't do the job. I found this company on Angie's List. They came out to the job pretty quickly. They would've come out on the same day, but it wasn't that big of a leak. They were prompt and polite. They cleaned up afterward. They were okay. I wouldn't know how they would do on a larger job. It has been two months, and the sink isn't leaking.

Ron was great. He first questioned whether the dampness on the ceiling might be because of rain but on further investigation and discussion of how poorly the toilet flushes etc., he went ahead and pulled it. He said there was a wax ring that was missing on the back side of the toilet, and he replaced it. We asked him if it was true (as another contractor we called informed us) that plunging a toilet even once can wreck the seal, and he said no. I was glad we went with this company, which did not try to sell us a new toilet right off the bat.

Rob was very responsive from the initial request to come out for an estimate. He was very thorough, seemed comfortable working on our old home & gave some good options on what could have been a very "messy" laundry room move to the second floor. They kept to the schedule and did an excellent job, period but especially with the limitations of our old home. We added some extra things to do at the last minute and they were happy to accomodate the changes too. I liked the fact the Rob (one of the owners) not only came out and looked at the job/provided the estimate but he was also the one to work on our job along w/2 other guys. 5 stars to this company and we will definitely use them again!

He didn?t come out, he just emailed me. They seemed reasonable, they were nice to talk with, and they understood what I needed to do. I used a different company for this job but Kenworthy will stay on my list of people to consider.

I called the company and scheduled an appointment the same day. They were flexible with the appointment time, which was helpful. The plumber arrived early. He gave recommendations for winterizing and was detailed in his assessment and advice. He was friendly and very professional.

Very good experience. Plumber was friendly yet professional. About 2 hours after the job was completed, a small lead developed. I called and the plumber was back to fix it within one hour.

These folks came recommended to me from another company who was over-booked. They provided amazing service. Very professional, quick estimates, arrived on time. Went above & beyond (after they had finished and been paid) to assist and advocate on my behalf when the water company screwed up a repair. A+!!

Arrived on time, quickly got to work and replaced toilets. Asked about water filters for water filter system. Educated me on how to change them in the future if I chose to do it myself. Clean-up was great. We have used them in the past and will use them again in the future.

They did the job well and their price was reasonable. I will use their services in the future if needed.

This company was exceedingly responsive. They were very flexible even when other house construction go in the way of their anticipated work. The work was professionally done.

Fantastic. On extremely short notice, Carl Kenworthy rushed to our home, which was flooding due to a burst pipe. Carl located and repaired a pipe that had burst. He worked amazingly fast locating and stopping the leak in no time and repairing the line. He was very affordable and obviously has had tons of experience. I'd recommend him for other plumbing needs.

We have used this plumber for about 8-10 years. He has never overcharged us for anything. He is just very good and very real. When we call, we feel that he gets here as quickly as he can. We have never been disappointed in him.

He was very personable and i didn't feel worried with him being here. I was very pleased with the service and will use him again.
