We will ensure our client has a understanding of any issues that require immediate repair for health and safety, indicators of issues that could be expensive to repair, issues that could lead to increased expense if not addressed properly, maintenance issues and concerns as well as advice on how to ensure your future home remains a healthy and safe place to live.
