When I bought my house 3 years ago a different company was hired to re-attach the central air unit to the house. The lines were always freezing, even with new filters. Brad came out and took his time to do a VERY thorough diagnosis. The verdict: the other company had mis-soldered the lines, resulting in a leak that wound up ruining the compressor. Brad explained what my options were and the pro's and cons to each option instead of simply doing the repair. Because of that, I made the decision to go ahead and replace my whole unit as it would only be a few hundred dollars more and I would get a 10 year warranty. Any other company would have simply just replaced the part, and I may have had further costs down the line. Although it initially cost e aboout $300 more, it has probably already saved me over $1000. Brad truly takes the approach through the customers eyes and budget, and genuinely cares that you get the best bang for your buck. Even if you don't have the money for a total replacement, he can advise you abut long term options and get your furnace/ Air conditioner going on a budget. I can't say enough good things about him, and have already recommended to 6 other people. In an age where customer service is non existent, you can rest assured you will get great service from him.

Went amazingly. I had placed a quote request last year on thumb tack over my heater, that is where my interactions with Bradley began. The same day I requested the quote, he was at my house. My heater was fixed in less than 30 mins. This go around, I reached out to Bradley right away. Given my schedule, I was not completely available for him to work on my unit. Knowing that I had to go out of town, he set up paypal at my request so I could still be able to pay him if I was not home when he made it out. I did make it home while he was at my home. He is very personable and extremely easy to talk with. He showed me the exact issue (the motor was locked up) and explained all the repairs while he was working. Any questions I had, he was able to answer. Bradley was/is extremely reasonable on his prices. I was informed before he came out exactly how much the repairs would be and had no "hidden" fees or charges.
