Illiana Basement Waterproofing

The concrete floor along the wall and a trench to my existing sump pump had to be dug up and drain tile etc put in. This was done. The concrete that was relayed sloped almost two inches. This would make it impossible to put base boards back up. Mr Burke was contacted and set up an appointment to fix the concrete slope. The day before appointment it rained and the leak was still there. Iliana was contacted and they dug up there previous work and made it right. I don’t know what other appointment they had for that day, but they redid my floor ASAP. I’m giving them a A rating because they stood behind there work, and made it right. My work was redone January 23, 2019 and as of today April 8, 2019 it is still dry. They were nice and professional.

Illiana came out and knew how to fix the crack and also seal along the garage where the door meets the concrete. I paid him upon completion of the job. Problem was fixed, so they thought, but after they had left I saw they had missed a crack hidden around the corner. The owner hadn't done the work, his assistant did. I called him to report the issue and he came back as soon as he could since he had moved to another job. He came back with the assistant and filled the last crack. Basement has been dry ever since. Overall, very professional. I would recommend!

The corner of our garage has a crack in the foundation, however there is no structure under the garage floor. I had thought that rain water was seeping up through the crack into the garage. James came out to review my issue and provide a quote to repair. He suggested that the crack was not causing the issue and that there was no need to repair. He felt that replacing the garage door seal at the bottom of the garage door would stop the rain water from entering our garage. Thus James did not charge us anything and had nothing to quote. His suggestion was correct and our issue is now resolved. It was very refreshing to find someone as honest as James. Should we ever really need foundation repair I need to look no further than James! Thanks!

Our home foundation was sagging in one of the corners due to a washed out storm sewer line. The foundation was ncracked in many places and we were concerned that the process would continue until we addressed the cause. The company gave us a reasonable estimate for the extensive work that would be required. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Jim Burke, the owner, is knowledgeable and friendly. We would recommend the company to anyone needing similar work done.
