pressure washing
+ -1 moreWalter, the owner, came out and I asked him to be very careful on my roof. They said they use a low pressure wash and gentle chemicals. He said he was going to do it on a ladder even though it is a 3 story house. He did it on a day it was hot and as it was drying I noticed black streaks on my roof. He said it was mold and that mother nature would wash that away. I told him I didn't like it so he rinsed it again. He said to wait until after it rains and then call him again if I still don't like it. He hasn't been returning my phone calls as they leave for FL in November. I called the company in FL and they called back saying it was done and that he'd be in contact with me. They don't follow up or return calls.
