Best possible service. The gentleman that performed the aeration even continued through the rain that came toward the end of his work, until the job was complete. Overall a great experience.

They never came to give me an estimate ...

They never contacted me. The other company R&J contacted me. They were GREAT. I needed this work for next year. I will know better then on how they handle themselves.

Contractor called and said he would be by a week after I called to do an estimate. Contractor never showed up for the estimate. This was at least a month ago.

We contacted him at the end of April. He called about 2 weeks later to say he needed to measure and would stop by. It is now May 22, 2019, still haven't heard from him.

Got for Angie list. Paid 75 $ for house lawn cleaning 2years ago were supposed to come and clean never came and never return money please dont promote scammers for robbing hard earned money

On the first lawn treatment a gouge was taken out of my asphalt driveway and skid marks were left at several places on my lawn. I phoned, texted, and spoke to Ian about coming out to discuss this damage before a second visit, and to assure me it would not happen on next visit. Ian apologized after first email exchange but after repeated requests on the phone and text, for an in person visit Ian never came over to discuss. I know lawn care folks are busy this time of year, but the damage happened on July 24, and as of Aug. 18 Ian has not responded. I sent him a text and letter telling him I'll be looking elsewhere for future lawn care.

Contractor inspected, but never produced an estimate, as promised.

We called him to get a bid and made an appointment. He called before the appointment and said he'd have to cancel so we rescheduled. He didn't show up on the next scheduled appointment and did not call. About 3 weeks later, he left a message to see if we still needed his assistance. We didn't call back. We realize that this is his busy season, but a courtesy call would have been polite.

The young men who came out did a very good job and were very professional about it.

This was the second time I have used this company. This time their work was fine, but the two guys sent out seemed somehow put out about doing the work involved. When they were finished, they just took off; they didn't ask of everything was OK, or even say goodbye. I didn't even know when they left. This was much different from my first experience with this company, which left a much more positive impression.

I've used them in the past and I highly recommend them. I'd give them and "A" for overall service and across the board. I would use them again and I've used them multiple times. They are dependable and I keep going back to them.
