In October, 2014, we purchased a commercial building which came with a roof "warranty" from Thurmon Crabb of All Pro Construction. Strangely, the "warranty" was no more than an email copy of a "Sample Warranty" and stamped across the face as such. The previous owners of the building said that there had been water leakage since the roofing job by All Pro but they were told by All Pro that it was the tuckpointing, so they had the entire building stuccoed and felt that solved the problem. After purchasing the building we were aware of water leaks from the roof in addition to wall plaster bubbling from water seepage. Calling in an expert, we learned that the roof installed by All Pro Construction was not only shoddy material but was installed incorrectly and in the cheapest way possible. In order to cut corners, All Pro Construction didn't bring the roofing material up to and around the edges of the building which allowed water to permeate the structure. I telephoned All Pro as soon as this was discovered in November, 2014, and was met with vague indifference, saying they would have to have someone call me. I never received a call, even though I left subsequent messages. I recently (May, 2015) hired the top flat roofing company in the area and they documented the roof issues in pictures before starting work. I then called All Pro again and attempted to speak with the owner about their responsibility, only to be met with vague indifference and conflicting stories. They said they "would look at the file" and get back to me, which they never did. Not only did they not know what they were doing plus used sub-standard materials which they claimed to warranty (with their "Sample Warranty" sheet), they're a company who apparently takes the money and runs. I've now spent a considerable amount to have the roofing job done correctly but also to have all the walls of the rental units repaired and painted again due to considerable damage. I caution anyone considering having work done by this company to look elsewhere. They're evasive, dishonest, and inept.
