"I had an extremely frustrating experience with LED excavating. They never answer the phone, respond to texts, making it nearly impossible to get in touch with them. I was only using them due to being recommended by Owenâ  s service, since Owenâ  s did so well I thought he would too. He came out last week and told me he needed to make some phone calls to the county, then BOOM he was gone and now wonâ  t respond at all. Their unreliability is a huge red flag, and I would strongly advise against working with them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for more professional and responsive service. 1 star all the way."

"Called in for a no water emergency, Tabitha took my call and said shed reach out to the on call plumber and would call me back. She called me back at and said the plumber could be here at 8pm. I asked if I could call back in a half hour and still be good for the 8pm service call. I needed to wait to make sure that I had the money to cover a trip charge and whatever the estimate would be. I called back in exactly a half hour and was told the plumber was called to emergency but they could get him out tomorrow. Not a huge deal but now I have someone that I will never recommend or use myself!"
