Niemeyer Home Repair

I liked Niemeyer and his men. He seemed straighforward and concerned about providing a good job. He talked to me about job he thought should be modified to get my opinion. The only concern I had was that he asked for the payment early when I was going to work so he could pay his men. I had had no attention of paying him early but acquiesced. The home inspector returned after the work and said some of the work had not been completed: (Most was.) The roof flashing was not patched, The attic insulation was applied upside down. The window repairs were not completed and the leakage might continue. I phoned Niemeyer several times but he did not reply. I finally sent him a letter and texted him. He responds to texts. (Too bad I don't like texting for professional purposes.) Anyway, he sent a man right away to fix the problem but the man returned twice and still did not finish everything. I had to arrange to take time off work each time so it was very inconvenient. I contacted this handyman after the holiday to have him come back again but he didn't respond. I got tired of this and decided to contact someone else to finish the work. It was too bad because I liked them. Even the second handyman did okay work; he just never seemed to finish it.
