+ -1 moreTook several visits to locate tank lid since a deck had been constructed over it. They were very patient and we finally located the system tank. Very professional service. Highly recommend.

+ 0 moreWe didn't hire them. There proposed solution would have resulted in significant ancillary damage to the yard that they would not repair. We hired another company that did the work for less money, did it by hand, resulting in minimal damage to the yard. We had been using Creed for septic service for years. No longer.
Description of Work: We needed some repairs done on the septic system. Creed insisted on using a backhoe to do the work. It would have had to be driven over a large area of our yard, likely resulting in significant damage. We hired another contractor. It took him about 45 minutes to dig the required hole by hand.

+ -1 moreThe team of two called with an estimated time at my house. They arrived on time and did a very professional job. I would definitely recommend their services.
Description of Work: Creed's dug a hole to access the septic tank cover, pumped out the tank, and replaced the grass/soil after the cover was replaced.

+ -1 moreWe've been using them since 2002. They are excellent. They came out the same day that we called. They pumped it two years ago and the charge was $150. They took care of the problem and left a note on the door because we were not home. We've not had any problems with them. We will absolutely use them again.
