 + -1 moreCalled 3 companies for quotes. Arrow provided the most detailed and professional proposal. Price was higher but reduced to come closer to competitor's price. The person installing the system and interior treatment went through, in detail, what was going on and what he was doing.

 + -1 moreThe treatment lasted through August. I called them to reapply the treatment. They took my message, but never showed up. I called again in August. Still a no-show. It is coming up on Spring; and we fear that the ants will reappear. We have a year warranty on the work that was done. I would not recommend them to anyone who needs exterminating services.
Description of Work: We contacted Arrow about an ant problem in June of last year. They arrived and sprayed the outside of the house from the eves to the foundation. They also laid a gel ant bait along the baseboards inside.
