I'm a repeat customer of these guys. You can see my first review from 4/15/14. I contacted Jared to come out and give me an estimate after experiencing some storm and tree damage on my back two buildings. He took down all the measurements needed and volunteered to come back a week later to meet with my insurance adjuster to go over the damage. The crew came out on a Monday morning and started the tear off on both buildings. I believe it was a crew of 7 or 8 so the work went very smoothly. All debris was removed and loaded as quickly as it came off. The whole job was finished by the end of the day and once again I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. I look at it this way, if you find a good contractor who does a good job at a fair price you stick with him.

Buying a new roof can be a daunting task. Especially when you consider the cost of a new roof and all the problems that can happen if a roof is installed incorrectly -- moisture, mold, etc. The group at A&M educated me on what is a roof system, from the drip edge, underlayment, ice&water shield, to the different styles of roofs, and why I need proper ventilation. They really made this whole process easy and understandable. There crews where attentive to detail (making sure my plants and trees weren't damaged) and when they where done, you could not tell that they had been there except for the new roof that was installed (no trash, nails, etc). They also took the time to file my warranty. From my stand point, above and beyond my expectations. I would absolutely recommend A&M 100%.

They arrived on time and sent a crew big enough to complete the whole job in one day. My neighbor two doors down had his roof replaced by A&M the week before, and it went very well for him too. (We didn't know we had both hired A&M until after the fact.)

I called A & M Home Services because of good reviews. The office staff was prompt and friendly. I set up an appointment so my spouse and I could be home at the same time (7pm). The project estimator was Dan. He was right on time. We talked with him for a few minutes before he started. He started by looking in our attic, he even took pictures to show us. He noticed a lack of insulation. After the attic inspection he went out onto our roof. He took pictures and measured it. During his presentation he was very thorough and took time not only to answer our questions but to ask us questions as well. A & M's price was by far not the lowest we had, but the value they offered could not be beat. After we signed up their project manager call to set everything up. Our project was set up for a couple of weeks later. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. The noise was not as bad as I had thought. They even moved my husbands grill from the patio as not to damage it. They worked hard until about 8pm. They returned the next day and again right to work. The second day they where only here for about 3 hours. Most of the second day was clean up and using a magnet to make sure everything was cleaned up. Over all a great experience from a great company that you can tell cares about their customers. We are so happy we are on their schedule to get attic insulation added before the winter hits.

Diligent and professional, the two workers (Randy and Wayne) who built our brick mailbox and repaired our chimney are meticulously accurate. Not only were we pleased with the construction and appearance, but we received many compliments. Drivers stopped by and asked for their card. These two workers were always on time in the morning, worked steadily, and completed on time. Easy to deal with, A&M Home Services provides a quality product delivered with professionalism and skill. Believe me, it is worth working with a company that never causes you stress and worry. A&M can be trusted.

On time. Responsive friendly inspector who found some spots to fix. Did not try to sell more service because the inspection indicated no need for more work. The Angie's special price was very good. The list price which was more than twice the price might have been a bit steep. I'd do it again if needed.

It went great! We had found a different provider on Angie's List who cancelled on us just 4 hours before our scheduled inspection! This put us in a real bind because of the timeline/deadline on the inspection, so I had found this provider. Jared was able to work in the inspection same-day, and was very nice about it. We were so appreciative! He arrived and reviewed the crawl space and gave us his professional opinion. The crawl space does not require work, and we just so appreciate the flexibility A&M showed with being able to work us in the same-day given our cancellation situation. Thank you!

Very well. It only took a few days for the initial service. Follow up appointments had to be made to add more j-channel. Our gutters were damaged in the process of removing the roof. A subsequent appointment was made to have the gutters replaced and hung at the expense of A and M. All of this was handle promptly and professionally. We did have a teeny issue at billing. The billing department claimed to have sent out a bill to both our Mailing address and through email. Neither were sent until after we requested a bill be sent through our sales associate.

Tom Alexander was very professional and knowledgeable. Tom entertained my phone calls throughout estimate process as well as throughout the installation, and when I left voicemails, he returned call promptly. His crew was polite, courteous, and punctual. They did a thorough job of cleaning up in the evening, took less than 30 minute lunches, and worked steadily from sun-up to nearly sun-down. The entire job was completed in less than two days. I would absolutely recommend them.

I went with A&M based on its excellent reviews on Angieslist and was surprised by what a bad experience I had. It's worth knowing that A&M subcontracts gutter projects out -- it is not A&M that does the work. And if you go with them, you'd be well-served to get up on a ladder and check that they did the job correctly, whether it is roof or gutter-work. A&M screwed up on both for us. The work was originally done on our house 8/14/2014. When I went up a ladder to take a look, I found gaps in the gutter screens, bent screens, screens were angled toward the house, and even damage to our house where there was no storm damage prior to the gutter install. I will upload pictures of all of this (keep in mind that they are pictures AFTER they did the "repairs" -- this is not the storm damage). Additionally, I noticed a nail through a shingle where A&M had replaced shingles. I called A&M and told them they needed to come back to make things right. To their credit, they did. Or at least tried to. The owner of the company A&M subcontracted to came out that evening and replaced the screens, and confessed that his crew "cheated" on the install by using the wrong screens because they forgot to load the correct ones into the truck and were too lazy to go back to pick up the correct ones. He took down the incorrect screens and installed alternate ones. Things looked fine to me (aside from ANOTHER nail through ANOTHER shingle), until I was phoned and told that the alternate screens the owner put up were done incorrectly and that they would be returning the next week to re-do the job AGAIN. I also told them there was another nail through another shingle that needed to be replaced. In the end, A&M did make sure the project was done correctly. They also knocked off $200 from our bill. However, I paid the money I did because I wanted the job done quickly and professionally, and with me not having to spend a lot of time thinking about it. Instead, I paid a lot of money for an unprofessional job that took over a month to complete (original visit and quote was in July). I would not work with them again.

Jesse came out and gave us a written estimate within a week of calling regarding a new roof. He couldn't have been nicer and really knew what he was talking about. He took us through the whole procedure and the type of products that would be used. We were impressed. He said it would be about 3-4 weeks before they could do the job. Two weeks later Mike called and said they had a job postponed and could be there in an hour if that was alright. I was good with that! I arrived home from work shortly after 4 and all of the tear off had been done and they were working on applying the base. They stayed until 6 and were back the next morning at 8:30. Finished the job by noon. This crew was terrific! They knew exactly what they were doing and did a fantastic job. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. Even the deck furniture and plants were placed back in position. They were the highest bidder on the job, but, it was well worth the extra money. You get what you pay for and the roof looks great! I am really impressed and have already sent other business their way.

It went very well with the contractor. We just found more damage then we both expected.

We were very impressed with how professional all of the workman were. Because of the situation in our home and the somewhat inconvenient access to the basement they were extremely considerate. I would recommend them to anyone anytime.

I did not need any work done but provider went the extra mile throughout the process. I did not use his service because I was able to resolve the issues by trying other things first.

My right hand is in a splint so typing is difficult, thus my short statement... they did a great job, everything they promised and more, clean-up was excellent and a very difficult job was done on time and exceeding my expectations. Price was great and they provided excellent financing. Excellent Customer Service: We since hired them to help in an emergency roof repair situation with another property we own, and they came through when I knew they were really, REALLY busy. They also helped us find contractors to help with interior water damage and mold remediataion and total bathroom demolition and restoration... as I hadn't even a clue where to start. Overall they care about me as a customer and have proven that to me twice now. We will definitely use them again and I have already recommended them to two people.

He was excellent and gave his honest professional opinion, which was that the cracks in my foundation were minor and that there was no need for repair.

The provider fixed a chimney leak because the flashing around the chimney was installed incorrectly. They quoted within a couple of days. We paid a small deposit and they said they would contact us within two weeks to schedule the work. They arrived at the 2 week point and did the work while we were gone. The repair looks like it was done well. We were pleased with the process and their work.

They were very courteous and professional. Arrived on time and spent the day working hard each day. I was kept informed as the work progressed.
