Description of Work: A&M Home Services Mike Alexander twice inspected the roof replacement done to our home by Pro Roofing and Construction. Both times Mike found many problems with the poor workmanship and lack of inforcement of the warranty. Mike is extremely helpful, professional, & knowledgeable. We are currently in a lawsuit with Pro Roofing & Construction and believe his findings are the reason we will get our money back.

Description of Work: I was happy with A&M. The salesperson was professional and very helpful. The work was done in a professional manner and the roof looks better than I expected. The only down side was the price. It was a little high, but I'll get over it and I'm a believer that you get what you pay for, so overall I'm happy with A&M and recommend them to anyone that wants a quality job.

Description of Work: Complete tear off 3 layers reroof. Removed Chimney. The crew did a fantastic job worked very hard to get the job done. Very impressed with the knowledge of employees. These employees are an asset for the company. Had a problem with my electric the compressor that the crew was using fried my electric no fault of a and m I just have older electric and it could not take the constant running of the compressor |. The owner of a and m hooked me up with an electrician that repaired the problem and for a very decent price. I was told by the salesman that the crew would be on site no later than 6:00 pm they were on the job till around 9:00 and 10:00pm getting the job done it did not bother me I was a little concerned that my neighbors were getting a little upset that they were there so late. Overall they did a great job a little more than I wanted to spend but well worth it. The roof looks great and I am very happy with the finished job.

Description of Work: The provider came in February to repair the roof for shingles that came off over the winter. They had inspected the entire roof and repaired loose shingles. In April, I noticed more shingles loose/gone. They were extremely busy but after I spoke to the owner about a secondary need and urgency, he came out immediately to double check and replace shingles. He took pictures and emailed them to me so that I could see the replacements as well as the condition of my roof overall (some worn areas).to show why other shingles would have come loose after the initial repair. The owner cares about customer service even during busy times and customer's concern on work quality. He definately went out of his way to ensure I was assured of complete repair and issues resolved.

Description of Work: I got 4 different quotes to replace my roof. Prices were very competitive, I went with these guys because of the positive reviews here on Angies List. |They came out around 7:30am, a crew of around 6 or 7 guys. They laid out tarps all around the house because I had them do a complete tear off. These guys are very professional. It was a terribly cold day with brutal winds and these guys just did an exceptional job. They had the roof tore off and almost completely reroofed by the end of that day. They came back the following morning for a couple of hours and finished up. |The whole crew did a complete walk around several times before they left to make sure there were no nails or trash left around the house. They did a beautiful job and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.....

Description of Work: A&M crew shoveled and cleared my driveway of snow as soon as the weather allowed. Snow was at least 3-4 inches deep. Crew came early morning, did their job quickly and efficiently, and left the driveway cleared of snow and ice, pushing the mess out of the way on the sides. Good job, guys! Would easily recommend the company to friends and neighbors!

Description of Work: New evetroughs in one day! New shingles, water proof rolled roofing (because of low slant), roof repair and replacement of bracing in one day. Complete clean up after the job was completed. These guys are focused! EVERYBODY works with no standing around. We will ask them back in the Spring to complete the other half of the roof. We give them an A+.

Description of Work: Contacted company for quote on repair to roof. All communication was sent via email. Jared responded quickly along with going to the home and providing me an estimate as I had requested. We are still in the process of closing, so we have not had any repairs made. The quote repair seemed high, but I have never used a contractor. We will shop for the most competitive price, but overall my experience so far with this company has been positive.

Description of Work: A&M Services posted a coupon through Groupon: new roof (removal of old) for $4500. We had gotten an original estimate of $7000 from someone else who came highly recommended, so I was hoping that A&M at least would not be higher. Imagine how pleased I was with their quote. The gentleman came out when he said he would to take a look at the roof. We are still waiting to hear from the bank whether we can move ahead. But in the mean time, turns out that a highly trusted businesswoman on my neighborhood listserv gave A&M high marks, and Angie's List did too. And finally, they have a really slick website and lots of good testimonials. i really want to use them. Hope the bank lets us. :-)
