Blaine responded to a request for a quote made through Angie's list. I had sent him the measurements, but he wanted to inspect the site and confirm my dimensions. They sent me a quote and we ordered the work done. It took about a week to get the job onto the schedule, but it was done professionally and on schedule., We were more than pleased with the work and would return to this installer again.

Originally contacted on 4/23 to schedule an estimate. I didn't hear back from Blaine until Sunday around noon. After returning his call, we tentatively planned for Monday between 4 & 4:30 but he said that he has been really busy. I told him that Tuesday at 4:30 would work as well for me. I told him to give me a call if he couldn't make it and we could reschedule. Monday he called while I was at work and unable to answer my phone so I sent him a message to let confirm that we would move the appointment to 4:30 the next day. Tuesday, I left early from work to make sure I was on time for our 4:30 appointment. When I arrived, he wasn't there so I waited until 4:50. I called him to see where he was at and he told me that he came out around 4 and already got the dimensions. He then proceeded to question whether or not I actually would have him complete the work since I was interested in buying an REO property. I tried explaining that I just wanted to have a full understanding of what it is going to cost to fix the roof when I buy the house. He then again doubted that I was serious about purchasing this home and using his services and told me that it would just be a waste of his time and money. I explained that he had already wasted my time by not having the decency to call and let me know he had already done the estimate. At that point, he told me that there was no point in moving forward so I said thank you and hung up. I had high hopes based on the enthusiasm shown on Sunday. I also need to get general remodeling done on the interior of the house and I was really hoping that Blaine could take care of everything. After today's interaction, I will not use Blaine's services in the future.

Blaine Lease dba/ New Ideas Constructionns LLC's responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism were excellent.

It went very well. We were very satisfied with him. The price was reasonable. They worked well - He had a group of young men that did most of the work. It took less than a week to get everything done though I'm not sure exactly how long they were here. He was very easy to work with and even came back a few months later to make sure we were satisfied. He also allowed us to provide materials while he provided labor which not everyone would do. I would definitely recommend him.

See question above. We are extremely happy with Blaine's work and professionalism. As I said, we keep calling him for all our home repair needs.

It went great. He returned my call in a timely manner, submitted a professional quote, showed up on time, (also offered to work on Labor Day, but I told him that wasn't necessary) completed the work in a timely manner, left no mess and submitted an itemized bill. We've had one hard rain since the repair was completed and there were no leaks. I'm hopeful the problem is fixed.
