Outstanding workmanship and great customer service! I always go to them for my pool needs.

3 weeks or more late getting it completed. Was not do to the weather. Lied and misleading in what they promised. Owner/representative did not come and check on it. Was not cleaned and left everything around it dirty. Was a very disappointing experience. Did not repair the yard or driveway that their subs damaged, blamed it on us. Also the chemicals were off and we had a belt break and we had to replace it when it was their fault. Was not interested in our thoughts or a review when they finished. Will not recommend them or use them again. Call me for more info.

I just wanted a quote for a new pool liner and to fix the cover and heater. They wouldn't even come to the house, they just kept emailing responses asking more questions. Overall, it took over a week of going back and forth to get a quote. They gave me a minimum quote for the liner and would have added on a bunch of other items. They said they would consult out for the heater and cover to other companies. It was way too much work and I felt very uneasy about the quote so I went with another company.

We hired The Pool Shop to come and do a pool inspection on a house we were looking to buy. They staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. While i feel like pool inspection pricing is quite expensive, they were the most reasonable. I plan on calling them when we close to get a quote for servicing our pool.

This is a letter that I wrote the owner of The Pool Shop, Mr. Larry Good, in December 2015. I will also post this on Grounds Quality Lawn Care's Angie's List profile since it was a team effort. We wanted to take time to write this letter to let you know how pleased we are with The Pool Shop and your customer-focused employees who helped make our recent pool installation a rewarding experience. Chris Ray led the project team for our pool installation. We understand this was one of his first assignments as ?the lead.? Chris was absolutely fantastic! He was very communicative, responsive and he took the time to help us understand every step along the process. We could see that he felt ownership to ensuring we were pleased with our decision to hire The Pool Shop ? always considering our needs first and helping us make the right decisions from design to finish. He helped us consider all options and followed through with even the smallest details. We also have to give high marks to your sub-contractor, Justin Grounds of Grounds Quality Lawn Care. His vision and openness to listen to us ? even as things changed in the middle of the installation?was exceptional. He created a backyard attraction that enhanced the pool and the landscaping, making our new recreational area a jaw dropping attraction. Finally, we must complement The Pool Shop and Grounds for hiring great support crews. Both teams worked very quickly and their attention to details were outstanding. In addition, they were also very friendly and considerate. The professionalism they displayed represented both companies extremely well ? adding to even more satisfaction we experienced during the installation. Spring is just around the corner. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with The Pool Shop. We had been without our pool all of 2014 because we got taken by a fly-by-night pool guy who removed our liner, took our money, and never finished the job. (We gave up on this guy and are taking him to court.) This time we researched about a dozen pool companies through Angie's List and after talking with all of them and comparing proposals we decided to go with The Pool Shop. Kim was an excellent resource through the entire process and was a big help. Since the pool liner had been removed the year prior the pool bottom had been exposed to the elements and needed a lot of work to get it ready for a new liner. Kim had her team come out in advance of having to put down a deposit to let us know exactly what it was we were looking at to get the pool floor prepped. From the time we placed the order it took about 10 days for it to arrive and they had it installed on the exact same day they promised. There were 3 installers on the job who were very professional and experienced, and did an excellent job. It's been open for about 2 weeks now and we've had The Pool Shop out twice since for some minor issues with the pump system and both times they've been very responsive and out the next day. An overall great experience and a great company to work with. If you are looking for a new pool service company or aren't happy with your current pool service give The Pool Shop a call - you'll be glad you did.

The part The pool Shop did was great. I have been using the company for year. The staff is very nice. The contractors they sub contracted did not do a great job. They did not do what I had needed them to do at all. The Pool Shop covered the cost of what the sub contractor because I was so unhappy. I have not had any problem getting in touch with them or scheduling them out for a service.

We have been using the company for 2 and a half years. The staff have always been very friendly. They never try to lead us down the wrong path and make sure we know how to take care of the pool. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They offer sales on their products. They have a nice facility and they make scheduling very easy. They come out in a timely manner.

The company did an excellent job. A few months after getting the new liner it started to fall off. It was not the companies fault. My pool is very old an they were happy to company back out to reattach the liner. The only issue is that they are pretty far from me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They always encourage me to reach out to them if I have any other issue. I would recommend this company to others. I had no difficulties scheduling their service and they came out exactly when they said they would.

I have used the company for about 5 months. The service has gone great. They have done an amazing job. We had an issue in the past after having the pool for a few weeks. We contacted them after hours and they worked on the pool until the issue was resolved. They are very responsive and punctual in returning calls. The staff are very personable and they know your name when you walk in. They are very knowledgeable.

I have been using the company for about 4 years. The company stands behind what they do. If there is an issue they fix it right away. The staff is great. We take our water samples in to them to be checked. They are very knowledgeable and the pricing is fair.

The service went well. The crews completed the project in about 1 month. They did a great job and provided a quality service. We love the new pool. I had no problem scheduling the service. I would highly recommend the company to others.

The service was excellent. I was happy with the entire process from the sales to the installation. The staff was very professional and great at cleaning up after themselves. The subcontractors were all great. One general contractor named Chris over saw all of the different groups. They estimated the project be done in 2 weeks, but there were weather issues so it took about 3 weeks. Chris did what he could to make sure I was swimming by July 4th. The staff was great at explaining what chemicals to use and how to maintain the pool. It is very easy to contact them and schedule a service. I can call in or email. I have mainly dealt with Kim and Toni in the office. I would highly recommend this company to any looking for an in ground pool.

Their pricing is reasonable and they always get the job done. We initially chose the company because of their pricing and scheduling is easy. They are very punctual.

I have been going to their shop for a few years. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have a nice shop and it is very clean. It is a new office space and a professionally run business. The pricing is competitive.

omeI would highly recommend Larry Goode and his people at The Pool Shop. Larry came to the home that Kristi and I were considering buying and laid out several options for placement of a pool. Based upon his recommendations, we put a deposit down for the pool and purchased the home. Within 2 weeks of our closing date, The Pool Shop was on site, building the 16 X 32 in-ground pool. They were neat, efficient and very courteous. After a 3 week process, the pool was completed and a punch walk was done to ensure that we were happy with the installation. We pointed out a few minor issues, and they went the extra mile to make the requested changes. Through the course of the home purchase, we have had several contractors doing work for us, and I can tell you, The Pool Shop was without a doubt the best to work with. We look forward to many years of enjoyment with our new pool.

Every one we came in contact with the company is great. You can tell they take a lot of pride in there work. They were very prompt in get the pool installed even if Mother Nature was not making it easy.

There was miscommunication about what the service would entail. We personally had to remove the cover and clean all worms and leaves from the pool before arrival. They installed the pool ladders, removed the plugs, and placed the jets back in the pool. They turned on the pump and dumped in the opening kit that was purchased separately. However, the jets themselves were not turned on to circulate the water, the water was not tested, and chlorine was not added. We did all of that on our own and then swept the pool, but the water is still very cloudy. This was our first year opening the pool so we weren't sure what to expect.

Working with The Pool Shop was an excellent experience all around. Kim is very helpful and knowlegable about pool construction, chemistry, and upkeep. She readily gives great advice about keeping the pool balanced and in top condition. The liner installation was done perfectly, with a perfect fit and outstanding quality of workmanship. The installation crew clearly knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company for anyone considering pool work. I will definitely use them in the future as the needs arise.

The Pool Shop Inc. were fine. They were great. Everything went excellent. They were really good.

The replacement and repairs went extremely well. They had to start two days later than expected, that was due to weather. The Pool Shop Inc. are very responsive and they're workmanship is outstanding. I will continue to use them in the future.

The service turned out very good. I would use them again.
