I am happy with the service, I dont have near as many weeds as my neighbors do. My only complaint is that there are areas of the yard that are having trouble growing thick grass but most of the weeds are gone.

The service was good. He came out when he said he would. He occasionally had to re schedule due to rain. Overall, he did what he said he would do and the price was reasonable. However, we are not sure if we will use them again because the price has increased about $50.

he gentleman who showed up for fertilization completely ignored the area (which will constitute half of the treatable lawn) where sprinklers were on. I would have appreciated couple of things from the company/his side: 1) Call in advance and advise us of the date and time of the treatment so that we do not turn on the sprinklers during that time. 2) At least make an attempt to ring the door bell and request to switch off the sprinklers. But neither happened. Rather than going thru' the complaint process I just cancelled the service.

Greaat service, wanted a little better weed control, but appreciated the fact that he didn't waste my money when drought occurred and water ban in place. Leaving the season with about a $100+ credit, which is nice.

It is still a work in progress. We are pleased with the work that has been done so far. Need additional treatments to the lawn in the fall. Spring Green has responded promptly each time we Very personable and professional.

I called and left a detailed message with the company and was very disappointed that they never returned my call. Our neighborhood even received several mailings from the company, too, so I was sure that they wanted our business.

They were the best price I found and the quality is good. They have great customer service, they return calls and are punctual. We will continue to use them for the rest of the season and hope for the best.

I have also had them for grub and pest control in the past. They are very nice people to deal with. I am looking for another looking company since I do not feel I need 7 applications every year.

This is the first time we have used them this year and it has been a bad summer so I don't know if it just because the way the weather has been but I am not sure we will renew with them. We'll finish out the year and see. We haven't really heard from them and they promised a beautiful lawn but it really doesn't look my much different. They are supposed to come out and do a few more things in the fall so I guess I will give it until the spring and see how it looks. I'm not sure I would recommend them.

We have used Spring Green for lawn treatment for a year now. The thing we appreciate the most is that Rick always makes sure to call the night before he comes if he will be spraying anything that would not be good for our dogs. He always lets us know when it is ok to let them out, and when it is ok that they are out. Plus, he leaves them a treat with the note detailing the services. Our dogs are part of our family, and it means a lot that he takes that into consideration as part of our services. In addition to that, Rick has always been very communicative and professional. Our lawn looks great! We have since moved out of the house in Indy, but we are renting it out and will continue to use this service to ensure a nice lawn for our tenants.

Even with the drought - my yard looks better than it did when treated by another big name company. They killed my lawn last year. Rick let me purchase a modest treatment plan and the price is reasonable - and better than the big name company. A couple times Rick arrived to treat the yard and I was mowing - he gladly came back another day. No complaints, no fuss. I have not watered the yard during this 2011 drought - with one rain storm, it's back looking green. I thank Rick and Spring-Green for this result.

They did an excellent job. The owner himself called me and did the work. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Fine. Received calls back and Rick was very informative. First lawn treatment has been done. We signed up for his program.

Very well after the initial inspection and the first treatment. I will update report after a few more treatments and hopefully will have a much greener yard in a few months.

Rick does an excellent. job. I started treatment with him early last fall. Viloets were taking over my yard! This spring, many of my neighbors have a yard full of blooming violets, we have almost none. I will continue to trusts Ricks judgment. One of the concerns we discussed is that I am trying to be more "green" in what is used on my yard. He told me he would do his best to apply that principle. He explained that it would not be 100% "green" but at least he is willing to try. Rick explained that due to conditions, I have some areas that will need seeding. he cautioned me not to seed too soon after the spring application. He offered to come in June & seed one area at no charge

I contacted Rick about for an estimate for lawn care / fertilization. Within about 30 minutes, Rick was calling me. It was great! He came out the very next day to take a look at the lawn and offer his insight and suggest a game plan. After having a couple other companies come out to give estimate, we decided to go with Rick. He hasn't started yet, so I'm hoping and expecting he'll continue to live up to his reputation of providing great service.

Spring-Green Lawn Care was very punctual. Our grass looked great.

Company was immediately responsive when contacted. Bid was provided and date was set. Company appeared as scheduled and performed aeration. It has been a very dry summer and I am not sure the cores were as deep as I would have liked due to ground being dry. Not the company's fault exactly, but I wish they had asked or discussed with me.

They are responsive. They would be here right away when we need them. Their lawn treatment includes fertilizing and so forth. They try to fix our issues with concern. They are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. They have just come out twice. I am yet to see any huge benefits on my lawn.

We pay $200 a year. I think it was one of them from our prior lawn business that started their own business. They are dependable and the lawn looks great.

Everything has gone great! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for lawn treatment companies.
