+ -1 moreGrt job, Ok its been a month now and the dryer is still super quiet and has no issues. The washer was a complete rebuild job, which after many loads its still working perfectly. We opted to rebuild instead of replacing the washer/dryer because the units still looked new and are better built than the anything in the same price range. Thx Ribbles.

+ -1 moreHe fixed the latch on the dishwasher within 15-20 minutes. It works great and I would definitely have them back again.
Description of Work: The latch on my dishwasher didn't work. It wouldn't latch and if it accidently would you couldn't get it open again. We called on May 31 and my husband told him the problem. He said he thought he knew what the problem was and would get the part and come out the next day to replace it. Well, he came out the next day, replaced the latch and it works perfectly.

+ -1 moreThe serviceman arrived the morning after I called, and confirmed that the electronic control board needed to be replaced. The part had to be shipped from NW Indiana, and arrived the following day. The part was installed shortly thereafter.

+ -1 moreIt went pretty well. I called them and they were out here within two days. They gave me a time frame of when the work would be completed and they were able to do the work in that time frame.
Description of Work: They came to our house and repaired our dryer (replaced a motor in the dryer).

+ -1 moreThey said they knew what was wrong with the machine and they would just order the part and then come back out to fix it. They said they didn't want to schedule an appointment until they had the part in so I waited a few days and then called back. Every time I called them they told me it was supposed to be in that day but it never was and they wouldn't schedule an appointment. After 10 days of waiting I contacted another appliance company and they were able to get the part in about 2 days and I am going to have them do the work because Ribble kept me waiting for so long with no apology or explanation. It seemed as though they were mad at me every time I called in.
Description of Work: I hired them to repair my washing machine.
