POLLEY'S PERFECT SEASONS

I have used him many many times. He put in the heating and air unit where I did live. He is extremely excellent. Very on time. Very efficient. I would strongly recommend him. He serviced the air conditioner for the season. I am going to use them again.

I was a regular customer. He is the only one that I used. He is just great. He is good. He is on time. He is reasonable and knows what he is doing.

He was informative and friendly and cleaned up after the repairs. He was very nice and careful about laying paper around the house so he won't track mud. He explained the differences between all of the heat pumps so I could decided which one works best for our house.

Jim Polley, the owner of the company, is excellent. I have also used him in the past and he is very professional, on time and his prices are reasonable. He thoroughly explains your options and he explains exactly what he is going to do before he does it. As a single woman, I feel very comfortable having him not only in my household when I am there by myself but I also feel very comfortable that he is being upfront with me and not trying to take advantage of me.

I like them. I had had Service Experts, which I didn't like very well for years. I got this furnace from Polley and I like him. He comes and services it for me, too. I like just everything. He's efficient. He's friendly. He seems to know what he's doing. I think he's honest. His prices are reasonable.

I have always received great service from Jim Polley's company. They've always been on time and helpful with suggestions and ideas that have improved my systems performance and lowered its overall operating cost.

Excellent service. Jim Polley scheduled a service call and was prompt in meeting the appointment. He reapired my furnance and gave me an overview of the status of the heating system. I felt he was honest and did not pressure me into buying a new furnance when this one could be repaired.

The owner, Jim Polley, is a man of integrity. He installed an air conditioner for us many years ago, and then has kept our original electric furnace going. (We don't have a gas line in our area.) He found parts for the furnace and replaced the broken ones. He told us that he could not say how long it would keep working, but it's eight years later and we're toasty warm! Mr. Polley told us that he would work with us when it was time to replace the unit, but there was never any sales pitch or pressure to buy a new one. We will definitely contact him for a replacement when this 33 year old furnace goes to it's grave.

The heating and air-conditioning company was great. We were out of town when the furnace had tripped. I called and left a message at 7 in the morning and they were at my house within two hours. We found a neighbor who could come to the house. The guys from the company identified the problem, left the part, and did not charge us as it was still under warranty. They came out and fixed it knowing we weren't at home and knowing that we had somebody coming over. They called the person in my neighborhood when they were on the way informing them that they would be there in 15 minutes and made sure that they knew what was going on. The company owner was on leave when I needed to install the heating and cooling systems, but I waited for him to return. I trusted him and knew that he would tell me the truth at all times. They came in, they were clean and got it all done in one day. They felt bad that I had to spend so much money for the systems. Their price quote was, in fact, much lower than a quote we had got from another company.

Great experience. The system was installed within a week of the time I decided to move forward. The installation was high quality, clean, and convenient for me. Anticipating rain, Mr. Polley even placed the outdoor unit the day before the install to make sure we could complete the job on time. I got a 15 Seer unit (American Standard) and 2 stage air handler. Looking forward to lower bills and more comfort in the future. 10 year service and parts warranty a bonus.

They came on time. They came right out when I called. Their serivce was very prompt and the staff was very friendly and polite.

I purchased this furnace from Polley's Perfect Seasons last year and they installed it. At that time, I paid $136 for a maintenance agreement for Polley's to come back out in the spring and fall to get the A/C and heating ready for summer and fall respectively. This past August, I was looking through my furnace info trying to find out what type of filter it used so that I could either wash it or replace it. Ironically enough, I came across the receipt for the payment of $136 that I made at time of the furnace installation. I had forgotten all about the maintenance agreement! Polley's was to have come out the previous April or May in order to get the A/C ready for the summer. I called them to let them know of the mishap. They asked if they could come out, right then, to do the furnace stuff. They did and will, hopefully, be back in the spring to do the A/C. If I hadn't come across that receipt, I would have been out $136. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY HONEST!! WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE, OUR NEIGHBORS HAVE HIRED THEM BASED ON OUR FEEDBACK!!! THEY CUT THE PRICE IN HALF DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE WIRING THAT HAD BEEN CUT 4 MONTHS PREVIOUSLY THAT THEY THOUGHT THEY MIGHT HAVE DONE.

JIM IS 'THE BEST'!! HE IS HONEST WITH HIS CUSTOMERS ABOUT THEIR HEATING/AC UNITS AND GIVES 150% TO SATISFY THEM.

HE IS WONDERFUL. I HAVE USED SEVERAL TIMES.

CONTRACTOR REFUSED TO STAND BY WORK ON FURNACE HE INSTALLED. HE CHARGED FOR THE REPAIR. FURTHER HE WAS RUDE AND INSULTING TO MY WIFE.

THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THE AVERAGE SERVICE CALL. JIM POLLEY IS A WONDERFUL MAN! THEY ARE ALWAYS PUNCTUAL AND ARE VERY COURTEOUS .
