MITCH'S INCREDIBLE ACE HARDWARE

We called for an estimate to have our 7 year old lawnmower receive a general tune up. We were told it would be $85 plus parts and that the service wait was two weeks. We dropped the mower off on a Sat./Sun. and paid a $35 deposit. When two weeks passed and we had received no update, we called. The gentleman said the mower was not worked on yet. He said he would leave a message for the actual repairman, and he would call us back the next day to let us know when the mower would be finished. At 5:30 the next day, we still had not received a call. I called again and spoke directly with the service tech. He had not yet started on the mower, but said he was staying late and that ours was next in line. He guaranteed it would be ready the next day. The mower was ready the next day and picked up with no problem. I paid the difference between the $35 deposit and the approximately $90 total. I got home, ready to mow, and had no side discharge chute. The service tech had just noticed that it was left behind and called our house. He offered to deliver it to us in a couple of days when he was returning another mower to the Avon area, but I told him that we needed to mow that evening. He then agreed to immediately bring the chute to our house.

They told me it would take about a week to 10 days for my screens to be repaired, which I had no problem with. I was shocked when they called me the very next day after dropping them off, telling me the screens were done and ready to be picked up. That was incredibly fast service. Although one of the screens had a small area that was loose, they took care of it promptly, and had it ready for me the next day. I am very pleased with the promptness of their service.

PRICE WAS RIGHT AND THE JOB WAS GREAT. TOOK ABOUT TWO WEEKS TO GET THEM BACK, LITTLE LONGER THAN EXPECTED, BUT NOT BAD.

I'VE BEEN INTO THE STORE MANY TIMES AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN MET BY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL!

THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL AND MET ME AT THE DOOR TO ASSIST ME WITH MY PURCHASES. I NEEDED SOME PAINT FOR PRIMER, TRIM AND FOR A NEW GARAGE ACCESS DOOR. I DIDN'T HAVE THE EXACT COLOR SWATCH THAT I NEEDED, BUT I KNEW THE APPROXIMATE COLOR. THEY PUT A SAMPLE OF A STANDARD COLOR PAINT ON A STIRRING STICK FOR ME TO TAKE HOME TO CHECK AGAINST THE PREPAINTED OVERHEAD DOOR. IT WAS A PERFECT MATCH. THEY ALSO TOOK AN EXTRA SECTION OF MY SIDING AND COLOR MATCHED IT WITH THEIR COLOR EQUIPMENT TO THE EXACT TRIM COLOR.
