Description of Work: MASTERPIECE PAINTING TOOK OUR $700.00 DEPOSIT (ON A $2,800 ESTIMATE) WORK WAS TO START JULY 22. COMPANY NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED. WE CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE OWNER, RYAN COBB, HE SAID AN EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN STEALING CUSTOMERS DOWN PAYMENTS BUT THAT HE WOULD MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT. MASTERPIECE PAINTING WAS TO START OUR JOB ON MONDAY AUGUST 12. AGAIN, THEY NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED. AFTER REPEATED PHONE CALLS WITH NO RETURN CALLS, WE ARE STILL OUT OUR $700 AND OUR HOUSE IS NOT PAINTED. WE ARE CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY.

ALL PAINTERS WERE EXCELLENT. WORK WAS GREAT, ALL DEBRIS CLEANED, ALL WINDOWS WASHED AFTER PAINTING. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
