drain pipe
+ -1 moreJDH did a good job installing the pipe and while they were here, they were polite and easy to work with. But follow-up has been a nightmare. Could it be that they don't take single women seriously? They don't finish the job and they operate on false promises. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
Description of Work: In November, JDH installed a drain pipe in my yard to drain surface water from the back of my property. The intake end of the pipe was covered with a thin layer of dirt. So, when the spring rains came, the dirt washed off and the end of the pipe floated in the water, so it couldn't collect much water. I called JDH in April to correct the problem and they promised that they would. After several calls and false promises throughout May, they have yet to finish the job. They have my money and apparently no obligation to make sure a customer is satisfied.
