Description of Work: called for estimate. left message. He called back 2 days later. made appointment for a Thursday. I was home all day. No show. I called him at 7pm, politely asked on ans. machine what happened? and when can we meet? No reply. I understand he has worked on commercial buildings and churches, so a simple "too busy" or "here is an alternative that may be ok" would
