We received courteous and efficient service from Richard, Doug and Bobby, who each handled different aspects of our situation. Richard provided the analysis, determined the cause and prescribed the correction. Then he offered the estimate, all in a friendly manner. Doug, the office assistant, stayed in contact with us throughout. Bobby arrived and did the actual work of repair, finishing in less than a day and ahead of expected rain. We are very satisfied with the work done, and expect to have this firm do the inside repair associated with the roof leak, as well. We recommend them to you without reservation.

After several unsuccessful attempts to schedule by phone, was told by provider that this should not have been offered to me by Angie's List due to distance to my home. Unfortunately they strung me along past the 30 day refund period. No one is willing to either do the work or provide a refund. I have called and emailed this provider numerous times. They no longer respond to me.

it was a big job for one person, and took longer than we thought it would, but the directions that came with the door were horrible (which is why I decided not to attempt to do the job). In the end, we are very satisfied with the work and would hire again.

To be fair, they absolutely did what they could to correct the situation. The first person that came out is no longer with the company.... but left me in a lurch as he said he would be 'right back' when leaving 'to get his own saw' and never came back. I had asked family to come in from out of town to be there while they were there. They wasted their entire day. HOWEVER, I want to be sure to let you know that Patti who schedules is friendly and that when they came back, they made things right. Most of the work was good - however some of the details (I have a bent finishing nail embedded in the door trim facing the inside of my entryway to my house) were missed. Otherwise all was excellent. Be sure that when you call to schedule you have a punch list ready - from what I now learned they work off of what you tell them in the phone call - I thought they would be there for the time I paid for and I could give them a list of things then.

It was a horrible experience. I will never even deal with them again. The first time they sent a guy out, I had some electrical concerns so I wanted an electrician. The first guy was an hour late and didn't know anything about electrical. He looked like somebody they just picked somebody up off the street. He was very unprofessional. Then the next guy, I think he was the owner, he didn't fix the electrical problem He didn't stay but 2 hours. He told me I needed some light switches. He went and got 2 switches and I paid for them and put them in. He pulled up some carpet in the basement for me and took a mirror down and pulled some wallpaper down in the basement but he did not fix the electrical problem. I was not satisfied with the service at all. I didn't get the full 3 hours out of them. The lights are still flickering. They need to be on time to their appointments. They need to send someone out that looks like they work for a company instead of off the streets.

The first scheduled appointment . The carpenter didn't turn up. I had multiple conversations with wife and end up rescheduling. The second appointment they arrived on time. But when they left. Not one of the doors locked correctly. Front door wouldn't lock at all. Garage door I couldn't open at all. Dinning room door would shut but not lock. I called and was told someone would call and see what they could do I texted next day and had multiple questions asked. and answered It has been .4 days and I have fixed 2 of the problems myself.( I read the instruction) I still can't lock front door as not lined up with door frame. Working on 3rd door. I paid for a service that wasn't done. I can't say they were not at the house. But I ended up doing work myself.

Fine--I just bought the same 3 hr special for additional tasks around the house for late summer/fall.

Well. It took some back & forth to get times to look at the job and get the work completed. But we were very pleased with the finished job.

Very well! All but one was completed for the amount paid to Angieslist and we knew we had more to do than the time would allow.
