Description of Work: I wrote a previous review of this company that was very positive and have used them for about six months. Then early in April, we had a scheduled a cleaning and they did not show nor have they responded to phone calls. We will not be using them again.

Description of Work: We first hired Emerald Cleaning Service last fall. They did a detail cleaning for us, took approximately 5 hours for an introductory price of $150. Very good results. Now have them do a basic cleaning twice per month for $75. Takes about an hour and a half. They are efficient and thorough and always ask if there is anything more or different we want done. Have always been on time. They did window cleaning for us in the fall and we will use them again for that. Small family company. Nice people.

+ -1 moreThey do lots of different services and my mother uses them as well. Always on time and do a fantastic job! We have had some clunkers before, and they are just a breath of fresh air! The price was reasonable for services as well. They were very polite about a scheduling emergency.
