As a Active Duty Soldier I can not in good faith recommend Edenbride LLC to anyone. The owner Spencer Beaman is not a stand up character. If you are looking for a property management firm or a realtor to trust with your assets I advise you to look elsewhere. I was a prospective client and it took me calling him and emailing him on numerous occasions to get a document or an answer from him. Once I finally saw a contract from him I told him within 24 hours I would not be pursing business with him. Sadly he retaliated by wasting my time when I offered to have someone pick up the keys from him by putting them in the mail to an out of state address to the old owner of the property. Had I seen reviews online from Edenbride I would have not called or wasted my time with them. If you are looking for someone you can trust Spencer Beaman is not the man. Please continue to look.
