He was upfront with everything. He didn't go around the bush. He didn't try to sell me more than what he came to do.

+ -1 moreDoug came right over identified the problem within minutes and had his plumbing guy at our house to fix it within a couple of hours. Most contractors would have charged much more for an emergency call like this. Doug is not one of those types. He is very fair in pricing and knowledgeable. He also is great at explaining at what he is going to do, materials he is using, etc. He of course is actually a heating a cooling guy, but he is our go to guy for pretty much everything. If he doesn't have the expertise in it he most likely knows someone who does. It doesn't hurt that he lives a half mile from us either!
Description of Work: We had a pipe burst in our crawl space from our well. Water was gushing into our crawl space as well as our basement.

+ -1 moreDoug Lee responded to our call quickly; coming out within two days. He is very professional and does only the work that is required. Charges were very reasonable. He works fast and efficiently. We would highly recommend him for any heating/air conditioning services.
Description of Work: Doug serviced our older air conditioner and replaced capacitor and added freon. We also had duct work that had fallen in our crawl space. Doug came out next day and repaired the entire length of duct work.
