Did very minimal cleaning. Would not pick items on tables & mantels up to clean under them, just dusted around them. On floors, cleaned up to mats, area rugs, never even lifted ends of rugs to clean under. Unreliable! Was a no-show on 3 consecutive times. Had lame excuses.

I wouldn`t think that if a message is taken, one would at least phone back and say that they are not taking new customers, or whatever. But I did not even get that respect.
Description of Work: I called to inquire about house cleaning of my large home on the west side of Indy and never received a return call. The message was taken by a sister, and no one ever bothered to even return my phone call. Not a way to run a business, if you ask me.

This is a second report from me on this company. Heather had cleaned my house the past several months, and I would have continued to use her except that she stopped coming, without so much as a phone call. Her son called me a couple days after the first missed cleaning to say they had a family issue, but I never heard from her, despite repeated calls, and it has been a month. I am sorry to loose her, but I need more reliability. I had previously been satisfied with my service, but she has now missed 3 appointments and I still haven't heard from her.

Sometimes things are missed, but Heather has one of the best attitudes I have ever seen in cleaning help. She works hard and is willing to clean things in the manner in which you would like them cleaned (i.e. hand-washing a floor).
Description of Work: Heather cleans my three story, five bedroom house every other week, including dusting, vacuuming, four bathrooms, and floor washing. It takes her about four hours to clean the house. I usually add $5-$10 extra for gas since she comes from Plainfield.
