I send all of my clients to Brian. He is quick to respond and is accommodating to their schedules. He is punctual, but doesn't rush potential home buyers through the inspection process. He takes time to explain in laymen's terms what he is seeing during the inspection, so everyone easily understands what may need to be done or what the new homeowner can do at a later time. He is objective in his responses taking great care to protect the buyer, but also not being unfair to the seller. Plus, he is a pleasant guy to be around and my clients always say what a positive experience they have had. Highly recommend his services.

I used Crawford Home Inspections for the inspection I needed for a home I was looking to purchase. There are many companies to choose from and it can be a daunting task trying to figure out who to use but I am so very happy I chose Brian Crawford. He was very professional, explained everything that he would be doing and was happy to answer any questions I had along the way. He enjoys the work that he does and it shows in his attitude. He was very thorough, reasonably priced and his reports were exactly what I had expected for them to be as he took time to explain what he was finding (or not finding) before he left the property. I highly recommend Brian for any type of inspection you may need. He is Master certified, one of 12 in the state, and has been doing this type of work for 30 years. Trust me when I say he knows what he is doing and will be fair and treat you right. He's an honest man running an honest company. I support local companies which was another reason why he is at the top of my list. I enjoyed talking with him and am glad I chose him.

I needed an inspection done within 7 days, Brian was able to get the inspection scheduled within 12 hours! Brian has extensive experience with inspecting homes and is very knowledgeable and professional. I would choose him FIRST!!!

Mr. Crawford was very responsive and helpful in giving us a full all over thorough inspection. After giving us some advice Mr. Crawford left a dye to check on leakage for a crack in the wall of the basement. We used the dye and found out that we indeed needed to have a foundation professional seal a crack in the wall of the basement. Mr. Crawford went above and beyond.

It was excellent! Brian was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. I walked through the property with him and he answered all of my questions. He took photos of everything he looked at and gave me a detailed report of everything with the attached photos for me to look back on. He gave me advice on things that might need to be repaired or updated and let me know whether it was something a professional should be hired to do or if it's something just a super handy person could do and even gave me estimates on how much things might cost me. I've even been in contact with him since he gave me the report with additional questions and he's been very quick to respond and has offered to be of any further assistance in the future. After walking through the house with him and getting the report, I feel very confident in the home I'm purchasing, which is comforting to me considering I'm purchasing this home as a single woman and the home is over 100 years old. I'll recommend him to anyone I know that needs a home inspected in the future. *It should be noted that I paid extra for termite inspection and radon detection, both of which I'm very glad I did.*

Very well and thorough inspection. Brian was very knowledgable and actually took the time to walk us around the home to go over any issues. Even explained why these things could be issues in the near future. I would use Brian again for a future home purchase.
