+ -1 moreI wish I had called Computer Tutor immediately. He returned my call within an hour of the time I left a message, and tried to help me fix the laptop over the phone, but I couldn't. He came out the very next day. He found the problem within 20 minutes and then cleaned up my laptop for me. He also gave me some helpful hints to keep it working quickly and properly. Because there was still time left for my 1 hour service, he offered to look at my Nook, cell phone, and desktop computer to see if there was anything he could help out there. I was so happy that he fixed the laptop and I never had to leave my house or take it somewhere and leave it for weeks! Without a doubt, I will call Computer Tutor the next time I have a problem.
Description of Work: Internet service was "unavailable" on my laptop. I tried everything, and couldn't figure out what was wrong. When I called Computer Tutor, he returned my call immediately, and asked me to try a few things first to save the money. I couldn't fix it. He came out the next day, found the problem, fixed it, and then cleaned up my laptop for me. There was still time left in my hour of service and he asked if there was anything else he could do for me.
